Quick and fairly priced replacement of my home furnace.

Just had service for a leak in my basement. The plumber came out on time and was very polite and curtious. Gave me a great price and fixed it timely and same day. Easy to schedule and expalined everything. He even gave me a heads up on something that may need fixed in the future giving me time to save up for the job when it happens. I will definitely use them again

When you need a plumber, you don’t need one in two days, you need one right now. Plumbing 911 responded late at night, and sent a plumber promptly at 8 AM. The plumber was a Mr. Ledger. He has a 25 year excellent record, and is a master plumber. He identified the problem right away, and had it fixed within two hours. I can’t say the price was a bargain! But I can say that it was about $50 less than quotes I received from other plumbers who were not able to come until tomorrow. He was friendly and accommodating.

I have hired Dan twice for four different plumbing jobs at my house: install a new sink, snake drain, update kitchen piping and basement plumbing to outside, and install water pressure valve and hot water tank bladder. Dan arrived on time, with all parts needed to do the jobs, answered any and all questions I had, checked all work for function and leaks, and cleaned up everything. The prices were great and he said that if I had any problems to call him and he would fix them.

Before starting the job with the basement plumbing, he checked with me regarding moving the discharge pipe, making sure that I was fine with blocking a glass block window. I assured him that I had no problem with that as I wasn't going to use the window.

Dan is a very personable man and meticulous plumber and I would recommend him to anyone I know. If he performs more than one job, he gives a 20% discount on the second job, saving quite a bit of money (in my case, anyhow). Good help is hard to find and I am very glad I found Dan. He came highly recommended from a friend of mine (prior customer) and I can see why.

Called out to inspect drain in walk out basement doorway to see why it was overflowing into basement. Inspected using previously installed clean-out and through walkout drain. Told me pipes were mostly clear but they couldn’t jet due to previously installed corrugated tubing. Also told me drain pipe was different than gutter downspout piping. I told them previous plumber said all pipes ran together but they said I was wrong and the previous plumber was a “hack”. I just ran water through open gutter pipe and observed water moving in drain pipe. They are all one system.
Professional in the beginning, but quickly turned arrogant when questioned about job.

These guys were lifesavers. 7:15 PM discovered a big clog that shut down our master bath and kitchen. Had guests coming and couldn’t wait to get it fixed. Sent a message through Thumbtack and Harrison called me within five minutes. After explaining my dilemma, Will arrived within an hour. He worked hard to get the drain unclogged and had us up and running quickly. Their responsiveness saved me all kinds of hassles and pricing, especially for an after hours call, was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Be careful of bait and switch tactics! Jason came out in April to give us an estimate on a two-stage project. Conversations with the main office and first stage went smooth. When they came back for the second stage, all of the sudden the project turned into this is big money. It took multiple calls to the office to resolve the situation. Very unprofessional.

I called Killeen to come out due to a sewer back up in my basement. I called as soon as they opened at 8am and by 1pm they were at my house. @Joe Conway was able to find a clean out in my front yard and clear years of tree roots plus run a camera inspection of the pipes. He was super friendly - even looking at a couple of other issues while he was here. They were able to fix all of my issues quickly - cleaning up as they went leaving behind fully functioning plumbing and no mess! The folks at Killeen are the consummate professionals - everyone friendly and helpful. @Joe gave me some tips of things to be aware of so that I didn't have a problem in the future - and went out of his way to ensure that everything was up to snuff. I can't recommend them enough. I've dealt with other companies in the past and always felt like they were trying to upsell me services - Killeen doesn't operate that way. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and professional company - these are the guys you want to call.

I had Pompeii come to my home to repair a plumbing leak in the kitchen and to install a new faucet. Adam, the technician, was courteous and prompt. Very pleased with the service and cost. We have used Pompeii before and we will be using them in the future.

Same day we called they arrived. Robert was uncertain if he completely unclogged the pipe so he came back the next day with a longer cable.Sink no longer backs up!

Called and told them we had an issue with our toilet leaking. They came out pretty quick, and the plumber was condescending and said our toilet wasnt leaking, that it was either our shower door not closing (even after we pointed out that shower has never been used), or our gutters somehow overflowing through our siding. We fix these issues, but a month later things are getting worse and I take a closer look and the toilet is 100% leaking. Call them back out, and after trying to say it was a coincidence and talking around it, the plumber quickly realized it was the wax ring - one of the most common problems. He finally admitted, in a direct quote, that the other plumber was too fat and too lazy to fit into the crawl space to check for the problem, and too embarrassed to call and ask for help. While they eventually comped one of the visits (after much arguing) and the work they did was adequate, I still have a water damaged subfloor now and will never use or recommend them again. If you do happen to use them, request a plumber who isn't fat and lazy (their own words about the first guy).

Our plumbers are undoubtedly the most knowledgeable and skilled service personnel we've ever encountered. They are a great asset to this company. The job is nicely done!
