This is 4th time i have used them on 2 different houses. Great customer service (Rebecca) with scheduling and service people (today was Derron). Very friendly and explain everything from pricing to what your options are. They have all the tools to diagnose problem along with honesty to give you best options BEFORE digging, breaking concrete or ripping pipe out. The only regret I have is I don't remember who the repair guys were the first 2 times in order to give them the credit they deserve. Plumbing problems suck, but they make it tolerable. I very rarely write a review (like first 2 times they did work) but good work should be shared to others that are in an emergency and are looking for the right plumbers. Today I had Kevin. On time, explained everything before and after service, and even gave me a discount. What can I say , great and friendly service from first person who answers your call to last person who fixes problem.

I had the A and P Septic team out for a routine tank cleaning . Once they opened the tank, they found my pump wasn’t working . I had no idea . So on a Friday late afternoon the owner , DJ Pack personally brought me a new pump and they installed it . Their service is impeccable, I highly recommended using A and P Septic .

Mike and Aaron did an absolutely wonderful job on our clogged sewer line. And it was on a holiday weekend at that! It was a very labor intensive and rather nasty job I might add that involved accessing the sewer line by jackhammering a hole in our concrete basement floor to be able to get access to the clogged pipe. (We have an older home built in the 1950's and the toilet in the basement wasn't flushing). Mike, the lead is especially knowledgeable with many years experience who went the extra mile to do the job well and in a very reasonable time period. It was reassuring to have his expertise. They also left the place spotless! Their prices are also very reasonable. I would have paid double what I paid if I would have used Roto-Rooter.

We have used their services twice and been extremely pleased both times. Their plumbers are professionals who do great work. The Plumbers were amazing! They came out and walked through our new home to go over our inspection report and helped us determine what needed to be fixed. They replaced our water heater and in that process figured out we had a gas leak. We were able to get centerpoint out to fix that. On top of all that, the home we're renting had a water main leak outside and they were able to come over after a full days work at our new home to fix the leak and replace the broken shut-off valve. I am so very impressed with these gentlemen! Thank you!!

Great customer service working with John. My husband and I just moved into this house last week. John helped us detect an area in the shower where it was not fully sealed around a faucet and gave us Information for what we needed to do as new homeowners. Thanks for the help, glad we have a very easy fix on our hands. We will be in contact if we have any issues in the future.
