Best Plumbing Fixture Installation in Cleveland OH

I highly recommend Five Star, prompt service at a fair and reasonable price. I had a few small plumbing issues that they were able to take care of easily but the main reason I had called them was the slow draining tub that was becoming problematic. They came back out the second day because this job would take a bit longer to complete, they removed large sections of old pipe that were mostly closed up due to metal build up. They replaced them with PVC pipe and my tube runs like it should...fast!

They always look at other issues should I have them and answer any questions I may have, and of course the give excel advice. I can't say enough about their service....excellent!

False advertising. They are not available 24 hours for emergencies. I got an email claiming service appointments are scheduled every 2 hours. After FOUR hours and no call, I called back at 5:30am and was told I'd be contacted between 8am-10am. Complete waste of time.

This guy helped us efficiently and knowledgeably - took care of business while communicating along the way. Our home’s sewer line backed up and was coming into our home through basement shower stall and stationary tub - gross! Unclogged pipe, showed us issue with snake camera, removed tree roots, and suggested product for future maintenance. Couldn’t be happier with his smart and friendly service! Thanks, Dan!

I have used North Ohio Sewer & Drain twice and have been happy both times. This time Mike repaired three leaking pipes in my basement. Mike is professional, quick, and efficient.

Called Mayer said they would have a tech out within the hour they came before an hour and completed job! Very reasonable priced technician was kind and explained all work! Very pleased!

OMG I can't even say enough about Ryan that came to my home this morning to camera my sewage line. I was told by another company that my lines were collapsed and would need to be replaced, Ryan allowed me to watch as he sent his camera in, not only was there no collapse no repair was needed. He sent his camera almost all the way to the middle of the street and there was a small issue there which is the city's problem and I'll take that up with them. Ryan thank you again for being so patient and explaining everything to me. If I ever have another problem I will definitely call Metro Plumbing & Sewer thanks to Ryan

Service was prompt but left a sour taste as they quoted a price and then changed it. I was told that I was given an estimate and if I wanted more a firm price I should have asked for a written paper. I responded that I trusted your word and in retrospect I should not have.

I met a tech today and he was installing my brand new AC system the following Monday.
