I am actually writing this review for my mother-in-law who lives in Strongsville. We bought her a new dishwasher, and she needed it installed, so we called Strongsville Plumbing after getting a referral from her neighbor. They came out right away, and installed it rather quickly. Their plumber was very professional, and he even gave my mother-in-law a senior discount on top of his already great price. Dealing with this plumbing company was a very pleasant experience, and she was extremely happy. We would definitely recommend using them.

I called Thursday afternoon for an appointment and we scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. It was nice to receive an email stating when Peter was on his way. He arrived at the scheduled time, he was very polite, friendly, and thorough. Peter was able to clear the drain in a very timely manner! Very happy with the whole process.

This was the best customer service i’ve ever had. The Tech quickly assess the problem made recommendations and unclog the toilet so me and my family could flush it. Also they were here within an hour. Highly highly recommend.

I initially called about what I thought was a clogged drain and it turned out the entire sewer pipe between street and house needed replaced. I'm a younger, first time home owner and didn't really know what to do here (my parents just knew people, which I don't) but Mike helped through the whole process. The actual replacement seemed to go very smoothly and professionally, and I felt informed throughout. I did ask around about pricing, and this was the cheaper option as well (potentially due to the fact that there is no big company overhead). Overall, very pleased and will contact for future work, should it be required.

June 9th I had a plumber from Lakewood plbg come out to my home in West Park for a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain. I called that morning and he was here by 1pm, not to mention I called a few other plumbing companies and they either never called me back or called that night to set up an appointment for another day. The plumber fixed the drain issue and called back later that day to make sure it was draining without any trouble. Excellent job and beyond fair price! I would highly recommend this company.
