Dan came out, quoted me a price, and spent quite a bit of time on my property - much longer than I think he was planning to due to no fault of his - the job was just left for too long and proved to be bigger than expected. He was professional and kind, he took me along through the entire process and showed me what he was finding and explained what he was seeing, and I learned a great deal from him. Chad who fixed the issue was so nice, friendly and exceptional! No complaints on that stand point.My complaint and I’m sure this goes for all plumbing companies out there- is the price gouging. I know nothing about plumbing (unfortunately). However I had them do the work because I wasn’t going to keep paying people $60+ just to quote me. They charged me $399 to come out and replace a part that cost on average $40-$50 ( I know because I looked at the invoice and looked up the cost of the part) in a solid 10 minutes. ( oh they took $30 off because it was such an “easy” fix)Was the service friendly - 100% and they came out in a very timely manner and contacted often. Customer service 10/10. —But as a single mom, this killed me to pay. I pray to god I don’t have plumbing problems any time soon.

We had a pretty major plumbing project in our basement. Tim and Andy were great to work with. Honest and even willing to help with the insurance company. Definitely recommend these guys.
