Best Plumbing Issue in Cleveland OH

I am so happy I called Hank Klink Plumbing to help me with my needs. They were so professional and did an amazing job. I had all kinds of projects that needed to be done and they completed all of the work for a great price. Their work performance was excellent. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank god for first choice plumbing!! Dan was so easy to work with. My mom found him through Facebook because of an outside spicket that needed replaced and he ended up fixing some plumbing with her bathroom too. His prices were fair, he got the job done fast, and he was trustworthy.

Fast forward to my house. We bought a house in Jan 23' and we inherited a slew of plumbing issues. So far Dan has installed a new hot water tank, made our kitchen sink functional, and installed a new spicket and pipes for our hose outside.

I've worked with other plumbers, and before I worked with first choice plumbing I thought they were all the same. This company is amazing- polite, honest, and knowledgeable. 100/10, thank you for everything!!

Jesse and his counterpart showed up on time and provided a thorough evaluation of the plumbing in our home, including setting up a follow up appointment where additional equipment would be needed to further diagnose our issue. They offered a tiered list of options to help solve our problems and were able to start and complete the work we chose to have done the same day.

When no other plumber was available to take my call, Plumb Nation was there. They greeted me with friendly and competent service.

When my home warranty company told me the work was not covered, Plumb Nation went over and beyond to help me dispute the claim and get a fair resolution.

They did all this on the same day I called. Great service, great people.

I was having some issues with my main sewer stack (100 yr old house, original clay and cast iron).

Took the time to explain to me what the issue likely was after trying to snake the drain, promptly scheduled and completed the work a few days later. The diagnosis was spot-on, they navigated my complicated sewer stack very well with the minimal intrusion and digging, and made a very-well executed repair.

It took the full day, but I'm incredibly pleased with the work and was happy to pay their reasonable rates.

Mike and his team are absolutely amazing! They recently excavated our yard to replace our storm and sanitary lines to address our flooding basement. I was honestly so nervous to have something of this scope done, but Mike made sure everything went seamlessly. He was extremely responsive throughout the whole process, returning all phone calls and messages within minutes. He was wonderful at explaining everything he saw with his initial camera inspection and was very patient in answering all my questions. He even filled out paperwork for us to get a portion of the project covered by our homeowners insurance! His pricing was extremely fair and he adjusted the price for us when he realized that a sump pump (included in the initial quote) would not be needed. He even offered to deduct the cost of the initial camera inspection from the overall project. Mike and everyone working onsite with him was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I can not say enough about this local, family owned business. Would 100% recommend!
