Best Plumbing Issue in Cleveland OH

Plumbing911 fixed a recurring draining and clogging problem that wasn't cleared with the use of a traditional snake by the first company I called.

They used a drain camera and discovered tree roots and a large amount of sludge in our sewer pipe. They used hydrojetting, which cut through the roots and totally flushed out the sludge, leaving us with no more clogging or draining issues! They responded quickly and were very thorough and professional. They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs.

I'm so excited by to share...as a disabled person ease of showering is important. I was avoiding the shower because the faucet would fall off the wall. Called 1st Choice and they came out the next day and in no time at all and didn't break my budget fixed me up. Now I'm back to taking a shower on my own without worry of the faucet falling off the wall. Thank you Dan an 1st Choice .....Awesome Job

I needed to call WyattWorks when a simple bathroom drain repair went sour because of a rusted/busted water valve. WyattWorks was responsive and quick to handle my issue. Staff was courteous. The technician David was on time, thorough with his options, and very helpful & knowledgable regarding me finishing my project on my own. He cleaned up his debris & tools and was even tolerant of my dog, who desperately wanted to meet this stranger in her house. Very positive experience.

Came home to a clogged sink which also rendered my dishwasher useless for the holiday. Andrew was available the day after Christmas with a preset time of between 10-12. He arrived promptly at 10 and let me know ahead that day that he was preparing to come. Clean, efficient, fast, friendly, educational and thorough. He even checked our water tank and other piped areas for problems while here. I don’t know that I could ask for better service! I will definitely be using Plumb Nation for all of my plumbing needs!

Once again, Mike came through for us. With upfront and reasonable pricing, Mike diagnosed our clogged main sewer line, scoped it from the street to find a root ball completely blocking the line, and unclogged it with an auger. He answered any questions I had and is both personal and professional.

Excellent company. I had a major leak in the 2nd floor bathroom. There was no way to get to the pipes given how the bathroom was designed (100 year old colonial). But, Jason did an excellent job creating a small access panel in the ceiling below the bathroom so that he get to the pipes. He was so very careful in the process - making the hole only as large as he needed it to be to get the work done. He took great pains to ensure that no dust or dirt would be generated. He was very diligent and professional. Great work, very communicative, very professional.

On a rainy Friday night we noticed that our sump pump was not working (and raw sewage water was backing up into our basement). Harrison was over in 26 minutes and diagnosed the problem / came back Saturday morning to correct the issue. When life throws curve balls (in this case our children sneaking Capri Suns and flushing them down the toilet) there is no price tag to put on timely service. Highly recommend!! - David T.

I am new to the Ohio area and have never owned a house with a septic system before. I have called them several times over the past few weeks with questions and problems.
Every time I have called they are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. DJ was able to walk me through my problem and advise me what to do over the phone. If I ever have an issue I am unable to handle myself I will definitely contact them.

The technician did whatever possible to save me money

CLE Plumbing did an amazing job at my house. They removed an antiquated shower system, installed a new shower system and dealt with all the unexpected issues that arise in old homes...
They also gave me the option of repairing the existing antique system, not just insisting on tearing out and replacing with new. It is clear they are able to work on old houses with a delicate touch if requested, or completely renovate.
Their prices are fair and reasonable and after owning houses for 20 years and working with a lot of plumbers I can confidently say that this is the best plumbing available in Cleveland.
