My grandmother needed a plumber to replace a shut off valve in her house. Not knowing who to call, she turned to me to find a reliable person. Reading all of the reviews for Kamran made the choice easy. He definitely surpassed expectations! He made an appointment for the next day and was honest with his quote. He was quiet, considerate, and very kind to my grandma. He even gave her a senior discount. He will now be the go-to guy for me, my grandma, and the rest of our family. Highly recommend.

Good service and tech was very helpful/nice

I had a clogged drain and originally went with roto rooter. They told me it would cost $2500 to fix it because they would have to dog 3 feet into my basement floor! I decided on a second opinion and went with 1st Choice plumbing. Dan came out and within an hour my sink was fixed and for cheap! I'll be recommending this company to anyone I know with plumbing issues from now on!

STOP! Do not call unless you are willing to pay $1000 (Labor Only) to get a garbage disposal installed! Or maybe they will just not find time to call you back after giving you such and outrageous quote to justify. Mind boggling.

We had a new toilet installed on 11.13.18. The technician was polite, quiet and neat. He explained the costs, completed the paperwork and installed our new toilet in less than 2 hours. He was quiet enough that my toddler slept through it. He tested his work and thoroughly cleaned up, including taking away the old toilet. We are more than happy. Thanks!

Killeen Plumbing is now my go-to for anything plumbing related. If you are looking for a plumber for anything at all, look no further.

They are professional, courteous, responsive, timely, and not terribly expensive. They do excellent work and they stand behind it. I used them to pressure test a gas line, and later to install a new one (the original was completely rusted through). They came back at my request several months later because another contractor told me the gas line was missing a plastic sleeve to go through masonry. While the plumber they sent did not fully agree that it was at risk of corrosion since it is painted with rust-oleum, he understood the concern and insulated the pipe with electrical tape so that the paint would not touch the brick. The fact that they did this months later the day after I requested they look at it demonstrates that they really stand behind their work and care about their customers.

I also had them out for a clogged sink. They were fast and thorough. It was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than RotoRooter who I've used in the past.

I am very, very pleased with every interaction I've had with Killeen Plumbing and recommend them without reservation.

This is by far the best company in Northeast Ohio. I am not new to owning a home and have been through my fair share of services. I have a high level of expectation for both a company and their employees. I do not accept subpar performances by either. The staff is more than accomodating to any emergency/unique situation. They are knowledgeable and work very quickly to provide exactly what you need. Their pricing is more than fair and their quality of work exceeds my expectations. Every single technician that has been in my home has done the most exceptional work. I have had an R.O. System installed as well as 2 filter changes, a sump pump replaced, and a major gas leak repaired. The extensive amount of work on my home has been overwhelming and having their compassion makes all of the difference. Both my husband and I have each been alone with them while work was being done and are more than comfortable with any them in our home taking good care of us. Any person home alone having work done should be 100% safe at all times. I do NOT write recommendations for ANY company that has sent questionable people to my home.
Bill spent an entire day here in the freezing cold to fix our gas leak and stayed with us to make sure we were ok until our gas company confirmed they would turn our heat back on. He made himself available to us that evening in case of an emergency. He called me the next morning and made sure we were ok. I highly recommend Pompeii to everyone. Quality people doing quality work.

Found this company on Google and was impressed with their 5 star rating and decided to have them come out and check my AC unit. The AC tech was fantastic! He was on time, honest, really knowledgeable and speaking to him you get the sense that he has your best interest in mind. All I can say is I think I found my go to AC Company. I just hope when I call after the summer for my coil cleaning that they send out Danny again or someone just as great!
