I had the worse first experience with this company's employees. I had 4 different employees on my case. First one miss diagnosed, the second blew my furnace board then tried to bill me for it. At this point I had to cancel an event that was going to be held at my house. He then passed the case to another guy. When he called me he had no clue as to what was going on. After a week more of the shenanigans this guy schedules me to have the board replaced. The day of the replacement a completely different guy shows up to do the job. I still don't have a/c!! The only good out come and only reason it has 1 star is because the owner took the time to listen and replace the board for free.

Dan installed numerous pieces of hardware for us in our newly purchased house, including faucets, shower heads, drain covers; a hot water recirculating pump system; and a new garbage disposal.

In every case, his installation job was as solid as an Abrams tank. I have no doubt that if a tornado, God forbid, flattened our house, the parts that Dan installed would still be standing. Dan's prices are reasonable -- he charges by the job, not by the hour -- and he appeared on time every time.

We recently moved into our new house, which has a septic system. Having never had a septic system before, it gave us great anxiety when we started experiencing growing septic stink throughout the house. I called WyattWorks for the second time since moving into the house (we previously had a minor leak under the kitchen sink that they fixed) and was again thrilled with the service we received. From the call to the company, which was immediately answered, to the scheduling of the appointment, which took less than 24 hours, to the diagnosis and remedy of the problem, I could not have been more satisfied. And their serviceman Ben was completely professional and a very nice guy. I would definitely recommend WyattWorks for any plumbing needs.

When our sewer line backed up, Andy from plumb nation came and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan to not only repair the damaged line in our back yard but also helped re-route/consolidate our indoor service lines to be more efficient. The estimate/price was very reasonable for the work done. They even did some minor extra work in our basement that was not on the original estimate to make things work better. Andy always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions and reassured me during this stressful time when our drains weren't working. They got the job done quickly and correctly so that when we came home from work, we were able to use our drains! :-) Finally, they helped us with our insurance claim and were very cooperative with our adjuster. If you have ANY sewer line issues, they are the ones to call!

My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.

My plumber Mike was wonderful, as were his apprentices. They were friendly, polite, professional and did a great job - including how they cleaned up everything after each visit to my home. Mike had to make three trips due to the complexity of all the repairs/replacements which was fine with me. The first two visits were at no charge and the final cost was very reasonable! I was kept informed of what was being done and reminders were sent by the company regarding my upcoming appointments. I would highly recommend Mike and North Ohio Sewer & Drain. I have spunky children who like to try new things and sometimes down drains or toilets! These guys are the most responsive, professional, and quick acting to fix your problem as soon as possible. For all of my calls to them, they have been at my house within a few hours. It can be stressful having unwanted clogs but I couldn’t recommend Urus any higher! Thank you for doing what you do and the team you have!

They were nice enough, but I essentially payed $140 for someone to tighten a washer.
