Great experience! Water heater finally died. Called H Jacks who came out in less than an hour. We are now satisfied owners of a tankless system. Lucas was awesome - professional, wore a mask and shoe coverings, was thorough, and provided a fair estimate. The work was completed timely and the area where the team worked was cleaner than it was before they came. Before leaving upon completion, Lucas provided a full walk through of the system. Pricing has always been given up front to me on every issue I have called this company for, the description of work explained as they get into it, and everything is agreed upon before they even proceed with any repairs so if I have any concerns they are addressed then and there. Both Jason & Ryan have done great work at my house, and this being a local family company I get excellent one on one attention from them any time day or night.
