Joe Ricket did a very professional job from beginning to end. We could not have asked for a better plumber. Our under granit sink looks great and the faucet works flawlessly with no leaks. Joe was intentive to any concerns we had and readjusted things until we were satisfied.

All I can say is that from start to finish the job went perfectly. I made the stupid mistake of trying to snake a relatives drain and ended up getting the snake caught under the basement floor. I scheduled with Mike and Justin arrived on time in the window timeframe I was quoted. The job didn’t go quite as smoothly as I had hoped, due to the nature of the problem, but Justin’s persistence paid off and he was able to unstick the snake avoiding the costly job of tearing up the basement floor. I learned my lesson and will no longer be a DIY drain cleaner, that will be North Ohio Sewer and Drains job. Thank you guys!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain. We had issues with a sewer gas smell that would come and go. Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. Over the course of several days he was back and forth to our home to diagnose and treat various issues contributing to our smell. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations. said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..

Daniel did a great job for us replacing the main shut off valve and fixing issues with our hot water tank. We highly recommend him. He walked us through the process and accommodated our schedule to ensure we’d have our water turned off for a minimal amount of time. He was professional, polite and shared his expertise, so we could make an informed decision to add an expansion tank. His finished work looks amazing.
