Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in Cleveland OH

DO NOT trust this company. TOTAL SCAM. Last night our furnace started to blow cold air. I changed the filter and turned it off and on. It didn’t help. We called Jack’s Plumbing and Heating around 10pm. After looking at our furnace for about 10 min, the technician announced that our 14 years old furnace needs to be replaced. The estimate he gave us was $5,600. After lasting through cold night, we called for a second estimate. The technician had our heater running right away. He had to clean up inside the furnace. He didn’t find any issues and didn’t have to replace any parts. We were only charged $90 for this by other company. Here you go. Can you believe that some people actually could fall for this furnace replacement at $5,600. Thieves:(

We have used Hank at least 5 times for various things. The latest was that we needed a toilet installed. We ordered the toilet and got it home and called him. Within an hour he called us back and within the next hour they were in my house installing it. Such great customer service. I highly recommend him!

Plumbing 911 was excellent! My kitchen sink pipes were frozen and they came out and got it running very quickly. They haven't frozen since! They also installed a water line to my fridge. An estimate was given before work was started and they ran everything by me before they did anything. I highly recommend them!

Chad was pleasant and easy to work with and he did a great job. He replaced the faucet and found an almost clogged pipe that would have caused even greater problems in the near future. WyattWorks may not be the cheapest plumber around, but they do great work and do it when they promise. And they back up their work. Good service means a lot.

Mike and his team are the best. You can’t go wrong hiring them for your drain, sewer and plumbing needs. They are incredibly responsive and provide excellent communication about the issue at hand and how to fix it. We have used them for major drain/sewer work and for smaller plumbing fixes and upgrades. said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..
