What a fantastic find for me and my son i had a leaky faucet outside of my home
I saw their commercial so I called getting an appointment for the next day
Dan and Joel called with time estimate. Came on time did diagnostic, gave me a price which was extremely fair ,did the work in a timely manner but most importantly, they found a dangerous
situation on my water heater and fixed it for free,making sure we were safe
Who does that in these times.HJacks have very passionate employees, and I would truly recommend them for any plumbing or heating job. No mess to clean up

My hot water pipes froze with last weeks sub zero temperatures. I called Dan and he promptly returned my phone call --- even though I can imagine everyone else in the city had frozen pipes. Even though he was very busy, he came over to fix my problem in a reasonable time given the circumstances. He quickly fixed the problem . I liked the over the top customer service. It takes extra time to go back out to the truck to get booties to cover his shoes so he didn't track anything into the house. It takes extra time to explain to me what happenend and Why and HOW to prevent pipes freezing in the future. I am not mechanical so he told me I could just let the fawcet drip very slowly when it gets cold and the pipes won't freeze. THAT is much easier for me than trying to figure out what valves to turn /how far? / which way? Too hard for me to figure out THAT way to keep pipes from freezing. I would call Dan back in a minute and I am recommending him to my women friends who are NOT handy. He is VERY professional and gives over the top service. Mary Kinley--- Avon, Ohio

I had heard all of the advertisements for WyattWorks Plumbing on 95.5 The Fish radio station and thought if I ever need a plumber, I am calling them!! This company lived up to everything they claimed!!!! Everyone I spoke with on the phone to set up my appointment was pleasant, kind, and helpful! The two plumbers who came to my house were on time, extremely professional, and did great work. My husband even commented on how nice the guys were, how hard they worked, and how they explained everything very clearly! They were completely prepared to do the job and it was completed today!!! It was a Whallakadoodle!!!! experience!!! I would definitely use them again and I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a great plumber!!!

We had a good experience with Tim Hatzidakis this morning. He is a very honest and knowledgeable man. There was no high pressure on doing the pluming work. Good information and very honest with his advise. I would recommend him for any work.
