Totally overpriced, scammers.

Kamran came to our house and installed a dishwasher. His professional work at a fair price led him to my asking for his business cards to hand out at church. He gave us a new customer discount and also a discount for repeat service should we decide to do other work with five star. Surprised there are service people like kamran still around.

My hot water pipes froze with last weeks sub zero temperatures. I called Dan and he promptly returned my phone call --- even though I can imagine everyone else in the city had frozen pipes. Even though he was very busy, he came over to fix my problem in a reasonable time given the circumstances. He quickly fixed the problem . I liked the over the top customer service. It takes extra time to go back out to the truck to get booties to cover his shoes so he didn't track anything into the house. It takes extra time to explain to me what happenend and Why and HOW to prevent pipes freezing in the future. I am not mechanical so he told me I could just let the fawcet drip very slowly when it gets cold and the pipes won't freeze. THAT is much easier for me than trying to figure out what valves to turn /how far? / which way? Too hard for me to figure out THAT way to keep pipes from freezing. I would call Dan back in a minute and I am recommending him to my women friends who are NOT handy. He is VERY professional and gives over the top service. Mary Kinley--- Avon, Ohio

Edward repaired a leak in the connection of our bathtub to the main stack.. He was very polite and respectful of our property and privacy while doing his work. He arrived at the expected time, completed the work without any issues and tested the system for leaks.

Came home to a clogged sink which also rendered my dishwasher useless for the holiday. Andrew was available the day after Christmas with a preset time of between 10-12. He arrived promptly at 10 and let me know ahead that day that he was preparing to come. Clean, efficient, fast, friendly, educational and thorough. He even checked our water tank and other piped areas for problems while here. I don’t know that I could ask for better service! I will definitely be using Plumb Nation for all of my plumbing needs!

Honest and reliable

For starters the guy that came to check my hot water tank set in the truck for about 20mins before getting out!! #2 I had to reach out to them to keep asking what’s going on with the service!! Someone suppose to called me back about 3 weeks for me to pay them for the hot water tank I haven’t received a call a text or email I think it’s so unprofessional of them I still don’t have hot water it’s now march this been going on since January yes January ahs reached out to them and no response maybe other people had good experience with them I didn’t I would not recommend them to my family or friends!! I had to get another company..The unprofessional part and the non communication is really something they need to work on..

Mike and his crew where very professional from start to finish. During the estimate Mike explained in detail what needed to be done., and I had the proposal that evening. The city said the leak was on our side, but when Mike dug it up, he called the city himself and told them it was their responsibility. I was so grateful to Mike for his professionalism and point-blank, yet kind demeanor about the whole job. I WILL FOREVER RECOMMEND MIKE AND POMPEII'S PLUMBING <3

We found the service from Neptune to be a pleasing experience and the technician very efficient. The company is also very professional to deal with. Fees are reasonable and our technician Scott Kirkwood was very informative, professional, extremely competent, and presented us with options for our issues. If you have a toilet under a banjo countertop, call Neptune and ask for Scott.

VIP Plumbing installed an on demand water heater for us. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each brand. All of the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. The crew worked hard all day installing the unit. When they were finished, the work area was left clean.
