Chris came and fixed my AC today, he was professional, courteous and got my AC humming again in no time. Kamran from Five Star Plumbing and Heating came to our house with the issue we had with a water heater. He arrived on time and was very professional and patient. He installed our water heater within a few hours. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy with the job.

We were so impressed with his service to our water heater that we called Five Star Plumbing and Heating with our second issue involving our toilet. The toilet was leaking water. Kamran was able to detect the issue and was able to fix it quickly.

Edward was AWESOME!!!! Very professional from the get go. He introduced himself and explained how everything was going to go. He never pressured me into doing anything I didn't want to do. When our sewer line backed up, Andy from plumb nation came and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan to not only repair the damaged line in our back yard but also helped re-route/consolidate our indoor service lines to be more efficient. The estimate/price was very reasonable for the work done. They even did some minor extra work in our basement that was not on the original estimate to make things work better. Andy always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions and reassured me during this stressful time when our drains weren't working. They got the job done quickly and correctly so that when we came home from work, we were able to use our drains! :-) Finally, they helped us with our insurance claim and were very cooperative with our adjuster. If you have ANY sewer line issues, they are the ones to call!

Our water heater broke yesterday. I called Killeen at noon and they sent a plumber out by 2:30. Pete installed a new water heater, made modifications to meet city requirements and cleaned up, all within 3 hours. He was experienced and did a fantastic job in a very tight space.
Pete was also very good about explaining things to us.
We are impressed with the company because even though we are not regular customers, they responded to our emergency immediately. We now have a new plumbing company !
