Welcome to homeownership! We just bought our first home in North Canton and we were only here 5 days when $h!t hit the fan. Literally. We have had so many people in and out of this house for the last week with the HJACKS crew being a majority of them. Everyone has been really nice but the communication could use some work. Every time we have called to discuss our schedules with someone from the main office, none of our messages seem to get relayed to the team and we never know if or when they are going to show up. Today, the crew from Cleveland showed up (without our knowledge) BUT they weren’t at fault. We want to shout out to the team from Cleveland!! Ben and his crew came out today to dig up our front yard and replace the sewer lines. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They noticed some errors that were done previously and called to have someone correct it. We had some pretty big shrubs in the way that unfortunately had to be removed. But they handled it perfectly and helped us with a little landscaping! They made sure to clean everything up when they were finished and even hosed down our driveway! These guys are great and we would definitely use them again in the future, if needed. No offense but we hope we don’t have to! Haha Thanks again guys! Appreciate you more then you know!

I needed the drain pipe in a crawlspace replaced because it was too small so when doing laundry the water backed up into a bathtub.

We have used Five Star Plumbing in Parma for many things, but Kamran can fix the unfixable. He is fair, honest, dependable and cares about his customers.

They responded quickly (another company didn’t even return my call). James was professional and efficient, was able to clean the seal on my garbage disposal and retighten it. He also added a bracket for the dishwasher hose that I didn’t even know was mounted incorrectly!

Jean did a wonderful job of keeping us in the loop when problems were discovered as well as doing the job in a timely manner.

Called out to inspect drain in walk out basement doorway to see why it was overflowing into basement. Inspected using previously installed clean-out and through walkout drain. Told me pipes were mostly clear but they couldn’t jet due to previously installed corrugated tubing. Also told me drain pipe was different than gutter downspout piping. I told them previous plumber said all pipes ran together but they said I was wrong and the previous plumber was a “hack”. I just ran water through open gutter pipe and observed water moving in drain pipe. They are all one system.
Professional in the beginning, but quickly turned arrogant when questioned about job.

said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..

Andy @ Plumb Nation is literally a lifesaver. He was able to help us diagnose our issue over the phone to stop our water overflow from ruining the house foundation, then made it over quickly to help fix the root of the issue. He is honest, fair, knowledgeable, and best of all - he's small local business with a wonderful family!

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! We will continue to call them anytime we have any issues in our shop.

All about making the most money out of you. Super easy job and he charged me an arm and a leg. NEVER will call this man again.

This was one of the best experiences that I have ever dealt with. These guys explained everything and every move. They didn’t cut corners to satisfy me or over charge me.
