David, the tech, was great. He arrived on time and did a great job assessing all the problems and then giving me options and costs. He worked with me to come up with viable (financial) options for the necessary work. He kept me informed on his progress and explained all warranties, etc. when he finished. I would definitely call this company again.

Andy responded right away to my request. He came out the next day and assessed the situation . He kept me informed and updated through the whole process of clearing the main sewer line at my 90 year old mothers home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it's gratifying to know that are still some contractors out there that just aren't looking to take advantage of our seniors. I now have a plumber to call whenever I need one. !!!

It was great to find a plumber I could trust. I called at 8 a.m. this morning, regarding a leak. Metro sent Jason out within 5 hours. He took a break in between jobs, to make a time spot work for me and get me help the same day. He was prompt, very courteous, organized and honest. He was also very respectful of my home and offered to take his shoes off when he came in (usually contractors don't care, even when it's snowing). Pricing was reasonable and he was very knowledgeable when I had many questions. Thank you Metro!

I have used Killeen's plumbing multiple times for a variety of plumbing issues. Every time the plumbers have been professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and performed excellent work. Today, Tom and AJ came out for a repair job that wound up being much more complicated than expected. They informed me of what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and updated me throughout the process. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and completed the work in a neat and timely manner. I would definitely recommend them 100%.
