We had a bathroom sink that was driving us crazy. We were worried that we might be looking at some serious expense. Kamran was able to come take a look that day with very little notice. He was on time and got the job done at the promised price, despite it being significantly more work than anticipated. He was extremely pleasant and was happy to explain everything that was going on. I'm so glad I chose to call him and his company. This is the only plumber I'll be working.

False advertising. They are not available 24 hours for emergencies. I got an email claiming service appointments are scheduled every 2 hours. After FOUR hours and no call, I called back at 5:30am and was told I'd be contacted between 8am-10am. Complete waste of time.

Based on the online reviews I decided to call 1st Choice to see if someone could check our basement drain. We've had problems with it in the past and I decided I wanted to find someone local to fix it. When I explained the situation to Dan my expectation was that someone would come to the house, clean out the drain and I would write a check for $$$. I was amazed at Dan's response. Because I live in Parma, he suggested I call the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineer. They would come out and fix the problem at no charge. The work is covered by the taxes I pay. Reluctantly, I said I would call to see what they could do. What happened next is almost beyond belief! I called the county at 9:20am. The dispatcher told me she could have a crew out to the house by 4:00pm. They arrived at 10:00 and by 10:30 the drain was clean and my 'crises' was solved. The reason I will not hesitate to call Dan in the future for other plumbing problems is because of the honesty and integrity he demonstrated when he put the customer first. He could have easily set up an appointment and done the job but instead decided to let me know about the service I already pay for! Kudos to Dan. The service industry needs more people like him.

Metro plumbing charged us a very fair rate for a sewer snake and a camera inspection. The guys here did a great job of opening the line, they really had to fight the blockage but they never gave up and they were very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and even gave us some good advise to prevent future backups. .we will use again and refer to friends also!

Today, Mike installed my sump pump and battery backup. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and competent. He showed me how to test the battery backup every month and when to replace it. He also looked at a vent outside since I didn't know what system it was connected to, and he told me it is to by bathroom exhaust vent.
Whenever I call, the Customer Service Representatives are always kind and professional. Jodi has taken my initial phone calls many times, and she is very professional and kind. I am never taken aback by the amount I owe, either for their plumbing services.I have been calling on Killeen going on 11 years.

Once accepted, started the next day and completed major excavation, repair of sewage and storm sewer lines in one and a half days. Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had.
