The plumbers showed up right on time, were very thorough, and always kept me informed on what they were doing. After the repair was done they cleaned up the mess that was made and it looked as if they were never there. I highly recommend HJacks for any plumbing needs.

Needed a hand finishing a bathroom faucet install. I've done a handful of these before, but the sink I was working on today was too narrow to fit the basin wrench - plus the nuts were mostly corroded completely through. After a couple hours of tinkering, I gave up and called Kamran at about 11 in the morning, he showed up at 2 and gave a very fair quote.

I don't think he was expecting as long of a job - he ended up having to saw through the double-plated 1950s era faucet with a Dremel - hours of work more than was anticipated on the quote. I'm not going to say the price I was quoted on here, but he stuck to it despite the enormous amount of extra work required.

I would highly recommend this company. Extremely polite, professional, and thorough.

Dan of First Choice was very helpful to solving my plumbing problem and also giving advice to prevent future issues when all other plumbers were not very responsive. My pipes had frozen and my water main valve broke. I spoke to Dan and discussed the problem and he had said he would be able to fix the problem. Dan kept his word and responded to my issue the same day. I would recommend 1st choice to anyone looking for a good, honest plumbing service.

Great service. The day after I initially called they suddenly had an opening for a consult so got someone to my house quick. Mike was able to give me a couple quotes based on the consult. He was back two days later and made some repairs and even was able to save me money off the initial quotes. He was very friendly and made sure I understood everything as it was unfolding. I'm very happy with the service I received.

The owner came in personally and was quick and efficient! Everything was done fast and clean. He cleaned up after himself and it almost seemed cleaner then when he started. He gave me tips on keeping my new hardware productive.

called their emergency number during the holidays, after hours. their phone service seems pretty professional as it gets you to an operator that helps get the information for the service. the operator contacted the on call service tech and he called within 30 min. Came right out to our house and helped us with our sewer stoppage issue. Dave was super nice very professional. Since it was during the holidays after hours, we felt pretty bad but he was really nice and made the whole process really easy.
