We called H Jacks for a second opinion regarding an issue with a leaky faucet. They were the only company that responded in a timely manner. The plumber was very courteous and professional and confirmed what we had been told previously. I would definitely call them again.

We have been using Kamran for several years now for both emergency repairs and planned upgrades. He is on time, fairly priced, and honest. I wish all other contractors were like Kamran, because I would trust this man with the keys to my house. If you want to save time and money while actually getting the problems fixed, call Kamran.

Had an emergency plumbing blockage that needed immediate attention.. called 911 plumbing and they were out within a couple hours, my technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite, cleared the blockage in no time! Ricky did a great job! I knew this wasn’t going to be an easy job as he was replacing a toilet in the basement that was original to my house, at least 80 years old. But Ricky came in with a go-get-em attitude, was very polite and professional and the end result is fantastic!The job site was cleaned up and he made sure I knew how to work the new water shut off valve.I was very pleased with the whole process with Wyatt Works and everyone I spoke with through this has been very pleasant and professional. I had a gas leak emergency and called around to 5 companies. 3/5 called me back after NE already fixed the issue (5 hours later) and 1/5 was more expensive.
NE arrived on time, Bill did excellent work and charged me what they quoted.
