Best Gas Line in Cleveland OH

I am never one to post negative reviews about companies. I used H Jack’s three times in 2020 and my first experience was great. However, my second experience required a second plumber to come and fix a mistake from a plumber that came in earlier in the day. I was not too upset about this, as mistakes happen. However, my third experience also required having to request another plumber come to fix a failed repair from a plumber that came earlier in the day as well.
Finally, they have real unethical business practices, with regard to gauging customers. I needed to replace a toilet handle (which is $8-$18 at Lowe’s/Home Depot and a 2 minute fix). They offered to replace it for $268. That is a 1,489% to 3,350% Mark up. I understand businesses need to make a profit and charge a mark up, but greater than 1000% is unethical. I did turn the toilet handle replacement, but the fact that they would even propose this shows that they have zero respect for customers.
Due to these highly unethical pricing practices, I would highly recommend avoiding this organization.

He kept me informed and updated through the whole process of clearing the main sewer line at my 90 year old mothers home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it's gratifying to know that are still some contractors out there that just aren't looking to take advantage of our seniors. Metro plumbing charged us a very fair rate for a sewer snake and a camera inspection. The guys here did a great job of opening the line, they really had to fight the blockage but they never gave up and they were very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and even gave us some good advise to prevent future backups. .we will use again and refer to friends also!

The water company informed me that I had a leak in my water main and was flagged for repairing it. After collecting many estimates I decided to hire Killeen plumbing to do the job. The owner took his time to explain all aspects of the job and what I could expect in great detail.

The job was performed a week before scheduled. The people they sent out were informative, courteous and very respectful of my property.
They did everything humanly possible to minimize any lawn or landscaping damage. Due to horrible weather, the job extended to two days. Their workers fought thru rain and snow to complete the job as promised.

The office staff was friendly and efficient and even extended payment terms as this was a expensive and unexpected event.

I would absolutely recommend Killeen Plumbing if you are considering their services. Quality work at a very fair price.

Looking for a fly by night contractor. Look no further. This company will charge full price but end up only do a fraction of the work. We asked that they share some camera footage before jetting our drains and they didn’t share anything and came out and jetting one downspout for under a half hour for $800 dollars. It’s not clear if that is the price per drain or the half hour rate because they never sent an invoice. They also strong armed my wife to give them a check before they left, even though they only jetted one (already cleaned a year prior) downspout, which probably didn’t even need to be cleaned. I asked for them to share the footage before starting the work, but they did not. When I said I was disappointed that they did half the work for the full price they didn’t respond to multiple requests for the paid invoice for our records. This company is a scam, we’ve had great experiences with a numerous plumbers in Lakewood, we should have ignored a recommendation to call Chris Baggot and Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical. I’m reporting this scam artist to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs.

They were great and give senior discounts which helped with the price of service when your on a fixed income

Cleveland Plumbing Guy tech did a GREAT job installing our new water heater - it was a tricky installation and he didn't complain once. Great attitude. They were so responsive. Less than 5 hours from broken water heater to brand new. I am thrilled. Thank You!
