Used H-Jacks twice in the past two years at two different locations. I was given upfront pricing both times. No surprises. Every step was explained and why it was all needed. Top quality work was done in a timely fashion. I will keep their number handy next time I need any work.

Steve Smylie and his entire team are pan ultimate professionals and they always provide trustworthy and incredible service. In my work, it is important to pay great attention to detail (I am a physician) and Steve and his team have been incredibly wonderful to me as they respectfully check out any detail of possible malfunction with various systems, whenever I have a concern. I am fortunate to have had their teams contracted by me for decades and recently I had some major upgrades to my home with furnace, air conditioning and tankless hot water system. Steve personally recommended various products to me and I LOVE ALL of the devices he recommended!! They have been white knights in shining armor any time I have had a real or imagined glitch with any equipment!!! Steve Smylie is a gem of a man. His word is his bond. I contact Five Star Plumbing this afternoon as a new customer and the plumber was in my driveway an hour later. I am extremely pleased with this company. He was so nice and friendly and was comfortable to be around. I like how he shows me as things move along and explains everything. Bonus....he found shut off valves for my garage that many people have tried to find unsuccessfully. That will make me happy next winter. He installed an evaporator tank and fixed a leaky faucet. Price was the best part! The reviews are strong for Five Star and now I understand why. 5 stars from me along with many referrals.

They did a great job of installing our new garbage disposal, which also solved our slow drain problem. The plumber listened to our symptoms and told us possible causes and solutions. We are still amazed with all that you accomplished in 3 days! Thank-you for not being hesitant about tackling the 100+ year old failing plumbing systems in our 135 year old Folk Victorian!
Stack pipe replaced from floor of 2nd story down; this main pipe now goes down through the basement floor and out through the foundation wall (instead of through our basement steps!); all the old tile piping the length of our backyard either dug up and replaced, or lined (lined section to limit disturbance for our 100+ year old Black Walnut tree!); interior work also included rerouting our sump pump, moving the washing machine & sloppy sink, new water line to 1st story toilet, and streamlining all 1st story & basement plumbing lines!!!
They made sure we had access to basic water and plumbing necessities each evening/morning in the midst of the job - and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside in-spite of all the rain & mud!!

Called at 8pm in the evening, Jason came out the next day at 11am to snake a clawfoot bath tub drain. He was quick, tidy, friendly and professional. Will definitely call these folks next time I need a plumber.

Alex fixed a leak in my kitchen floor. He was wonderful, very professional and did it in a timely manner. I plan on having him install my new dishwasher. Always had a great experience using Killeen!

Had them come in for a leak. We were charged over 200.00 and 3 months later we had the same leak reoccurrence so we called and talked to someone and they said they would have the technician call us back, no one called back so we had to call someone else and the water line was put in incorrect. We also had to turn off the main line because the shut off valve he put in didn’t work! Will never recommend or use them ever again!
