Dan came out to fix a leaking bathroom tub drain and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He offered us a variety of solutions to fix the leak and his knowledge of the business, years of experience, and professionalism made it easy for us to choose Dan as our plumber of choice. He did a great job replacing pipes and a drain in very tight spaces. I would recommend Dan for any plumbing repairs you may have.

John came out to the house same day to help us with a clogged bathtub drain. He ended up finding a solution to some poor plumbing choices of the previous homeowner, unclogged the drain, and did it all quite affordably. I highly recommend Free Flow Plumbing!

Called Mike after a night of heavy rain saw the main sewer line in our basement start to have a back up. Concerned it could be catastrophic - called Mike and he was there the next day. Mike was on time and came ready for the job I described. After he cleaned and scoped the main sewer line he discovered it was not my issue, but the city's. Mike took the time to show me the issue, then proceeded to show me the entire sewer line and explain what everything was he saw. Mike was right in the ballpark with pricing I had researched and never once tried to upsell me on any sort of services. He took the time to even mark the area to be repaired for the city! I highly recommend North Ohio Sewer & Drain - if I ever need them again, they will be the first and only ones I call. 5 stars!

Called twice to get an estimate for a plumb in for a dishwasher. Mayer never called back.

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! We will continue to call them anytime we have any issues in our shop.

Looking for a fly by night contractor. Look no further. This company will charge full price but end up only do a fraction of the work. We asked that they share some camera footage before jetting our drains and they didn’t share anything and came out and jetting one downspout for under a half hour for $800 dollars. It’s not clear if that is the price per drain or the half hour rate because they never sent an invoice. They also strong armed my wife to give them a check before they left, even though they only jetted one (already cleaned a year prior) downspout, which probably didn’t even need to be cleaned. I asked for them to share the footage before starting the work, but they did not. When I said I was disappointed that they did half the work for the full price they didn’t respond to multiple requests for the paid invoice for our records. This company is a scam, we’ve had great experiences with a numerous plumbers in Lakewood, we should have ignored a recommendation to call Chris Baggot and Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical. I’m reporting this scam artist to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs.

Allen and Mike are wonderful. We have sent them to many properties that we manage and have presented them with some very challenging dilemmas. They have always come through for us. If they say they will be there at a certain time, you can set your watch by them. They consistently go above and beyond and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Pompeii Plumbing.

My husband and I called Roto-rooter when the pilot light in our water heater went out. It was a long drawn out process that ended in much more work than it originally seemed, but Paul and Terry were there with us every step of the way, keeping us well informed, both about the situation and how best to resolve it. While the situation itself was stressful, their friendly, professional attitudes helped keep us focused on the best solution for our needs.

Northeast gave a reasonable estimate over the phone to remove and install a kitchen faucet and stuck to their estimate even though the job was definitely more than expected. The technician, a Mr. Kendrick, worked up quite a sweat sawing through a big corroded brass fitting to remove the old faucet. Not easy in that confined space. That guy definitely came with the right tools and prepared to work after he was pulled off another job when the first tech got tied up somewhere else. Kendrick gets 6 stars from me. Highly recommend this place.

My A/C got back to me immediately and came out next day. The tech and his colleague came on time and were very knowledgeable. I explained what I needed done. They inspected, provided recommendation and gave me a quote on the spot. I agreed. Cleveland Plumbing Guy tech came back two days later as they said they would and began working. Not only are they professional, but they are very neat. I am very pleased and will not only refer, but will be calling him again if I need any A/C repair.

I was searching for a plumber after having issues with my kitchen sink drain clogging up. I tried calling different companies and everyone was too busy to schedule anything. After doing a google search and finding Carey Plumbing, I gave them a call - I am so happy I did. The woman that took my call was awesome; great personality, very friendly and professional. I honestly enjoyed my time on the phone with her because she was so pleasant! She was able to schedule a plumber to come out the next morning, which was a shock and relief. The plumber, Nick, was fantastic. He went through the entire process professionally and discussed all/any issues we've had with the plumbing and made suggestions and sent me quotes. He also clearly communicated what he was finding and doing as he was working on snaking the sink drain. The cost of the work is very fair and worth every penny. I will definitely be using Carey Plumbing going forward for any future plumbing needs.
