5 stars for Five Star!!!! Five Star Plumbing and Heating definitely lives up to the name. I always receive better than five star service with Kamran! Kamran is an excellent plumber who does great work for an honest price. He is courteous, thorough and convenient. I have used him multiple times from simple repairs (faucets and clogged drains) to the installation of an entire bathroom, including tiling and flooring!! I highly recommend Five Star Plumbing and Heating and will continue to be a life-long customer!

I was refereed to Free Flow Plumbing and called last Friday. Spoke to John who said he would text me. Text never came.

Called back today and spoke to someone in the office. I shared our issue (leak from pipe) and was told that there would be a $125.00 service/diagnostic fee for the issue leak / location that I already shared. I asked if the fee would be credited back to the project and was told no.

If this isn’t the policy of the company then they should educate their employees better - if this is their policy it seems like a rip off.

I would NOT recommend you call upon this business for your plumbing needs.

Mike and his team were so great to work with! We called in a panic with a surprise sewer line backup after a failed experience with another plumber left us without resolution (and with a basement smelling of sewage). Mike came out the next morning (a Friday), diagnosed our issue, and miraculously made time in his schedule for Monday morning. They were prompt, respectful, communicated throughout, and had our issue fixed before our baby’s bedtime. Highly recommend, and we’ll absolutely call again with any future plumbing needs!

We called Killeen on a referral from a friend. They got out here the same day we called, and Josh did a great job clearing out the years-old, difficult clog that had eventually caused issues with both the shower and toilet. He was so helpful explaining what he was doing, what caused the issue, and how to maintain it going forward. They also masked, wore shoe covers, and left the workspace clean. Will definitely call them again!

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! We will continue to call them anytime we have any issues in our shop.

Had a problem with noise coming from the kitchen faucet.. Dave came out and within a few minutes knew what was causing the problem...he ordered the cartridge and came back on second trip and within 5 minutes he replaced the cartridge, noise gone and faucet is quiet as a church mouse....faucet works smooth as silk.....thanks Dave to Cleveland Plumbing Guy .

We contacted Carey Plumbing to clear our clogged toilet and install a new faucet in our kitchen. I like that you can book an appointment online and receive a confirmation. We cannot say enough good things about Nick and Mo, They were prompt, friendly and took care of both matters efficiently. We will definitely use Carey Plumbing again.

After building our house, we found the plumbing to be the biggest problem over the years. 22 years later, thank goodness for Approved Plumbing Co.
