We have hired Killeen several times for drain clean-outs and plumbing installations at three of our properties. They always do outstanding work. They are a “headache-free” contractor.

We recently hired Killeen to install plumbing for our master bathroom. Tommy quoted the job and Nate lead the rough-in install. I've heard from other trades since that looked at the plumbing rough-in and commented on how impressive of a job he did. In particular, Nate was able to install a wall-mounted Toto toilet.

Rene was very friendly and personable. He triple checked his work to make sure the job was done the first time. He stayed to make sure everything was in working order before he left.

Very professional and honest plumbers. I'm a new homeowner who purchased an old house and they were very helpful in prioritizing the work that needed to get done. Also a week after they did a bunch of work they came back to install a valve for my dishwasher, along with the dishwasher itself, for a great rate. I will definitely be calling them again.

I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy as we noticed a big leak in our kitchen and they responded immediately. Within half hour, our problem was diagnosed and Edmond set to work. Three cheers to the team for the timely assistance.

First time trying to use this service
Realize that during a recent city wide outage, they may have been busy or backed up, yet, they kept saying on-call person would call. 14 hours later.......nothing!! At least, call back to be honest and say THAT, just as a courtesy. After all, one may have to make arrangements for life that's still going on, in addition to awaiting for repairs......I hope other people are receiving call backs......

I had a crushed in sewer line with roots, the guys came out dung down over nine foot ,and replaced the line ,when finished , cleaned up yard , did a great job.

Looking for a fly by night contractor. Look no further. This company will charge full price but end up only do a fraction of the work. We asked that they share some camera footage before jetting our drains and they didn’t share anything and came out and jetting one downspout for under a half hour for $800 dollars. It’s not clear if that is the price per drain or the half hour rate because they never sent an invoice. They also strong armed my wife to give them a check before they left, even though they only jetted one (already cleaned a year prior) downspout, which probably didn’t even need to be cleaned. I asked for them to share the footage before starting the work, but they did not. When I said I was disappointed that they did half the work for the full price they didn’t respond to multiple requests for the paid invoice for our records. This company is a scam, we’ve had great experiences with a numerous plumbers in Lakewood, we should have ignored a recommendation to call Chris Baggot and Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical. I’m reporting this scam artist to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs.
