Their plumbing services are great. Todd was a pleasure and very clean. You would hardly know he was here other than our shower was completely rebuilt.

My main drain clogged up with a root ball coming from a big silver maple tree on our property and flooded my laundry room. I called and Adam showed up within 45 min of my call. He made sure that the Water went down in the laundry room and made sure the main drain was all the way clear. He suggested a low cost preventive to buy me more time until the next time I will have to call them back because of the angry roots!!! Plumbing 911 is my go to for all things plumbing. We love Adam (my dog Zeus does too) and would not hesitate to have him back again for future plumbing issues!!!!

Based on the online reviews I decided to call 1st Choice to see if someone could check our basement drain. We've had problems with it in the past and I decided I wanted to find someone local to fix it. When I explained the situation to Dan my expectation was that someone would come to the house, clean out the drain and I would write a check for $$$. I was amazed at Dan's response. Because I live in Parma, he suggested I call the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineer. They would come out and fix the problem at no charge. The work is covered by the taxes I pay. Reluctantly, I said I would call to see what they could do. What happened next is almost beyond belief! I called the county at 9:20am. The dispatcher told me she could have a crew out to the house by 4:00pm. They arrived at 10:00 and by 10:30 the drain was clean and my 'crises' was solved. The reason I will not hesitate to call Dan in the future for other plumbing problems is because of the honesty and integrity he demonstrated when he put the customer first. He could have easily set up an appointment and done the job but instead decided to let me know about the service I already pay for! Kudos to Dan. The service industry needs more people like him.

Jean was my technician and he was very pleasant and professional while explaining my different options for the job he would he would be performing. He even taught me a little about plumbing while doing the job which I didn’t mind. Overall I’m very pleased with the work and the cleanup once he was done. NOSD is the best plumbing operation I've worked with in a long while. The quality of their work was great, but what I really appreciated was the communication. They confirmed the appointment ahead of time a week out & then the day before, emailed & texted when they were on the way/getting close, returned phone calls timely ... with too many contractors these things don't happen. We looked over the work I needed, agreed on an approach ... and when it didn't take as long as they had estimated, they reduced what they charged me accordingly. I mean come on, you can't beat that. God forbid I ever need a plumber again, but when I do I won't be calling anyone else

I have nothing but good things to say about Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain. We had issues with a sewer gas smell that would come and go. Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. Over the course of several days he was back and forth to our home to diagnose and treat various issues contributing to our smell. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations. I would highly recommend Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain to anyone who is in need of plumbing services and won’t hesitate to call him first if we were to have issues in the future! I called them Monday to check on my hot water tank that wasn’t heating the water anymore , they sent someone the same day, no complaints on this part…Here’s what the technician wrote on the invoice #11788 :
“Diagnose water heater 50 gal power vent out of warranty ( we’ll anyone could notice that after the sticker)..
Not operating properly, recommend replacement (on what base? was it leaking,what kind of issue he noticed, I think this was only based on the tank being out of warranty)…See proposal (approx $3400😳)…For all this they charged me $169 plus $89 for the service fee,a total of $258…Okay I said let me think about it and I’ll let you know since the $258 would go towards the new tank they kind of force you to use them…Called them back to confirm that I’ll use them but they didn’t called me back until the next day. In the meantime in the evening I plugged in the water tank myself (the technician unplugged it), restarted the hot water tank and SURPRISE! We have hot water ever since…So I don’t really understand the $169 charge (for what was I charged)…I get the service fee but this NO…The only reason I called them was that their number was on the water tankCalled them twice, talked to a lady , she said that the manager will call me back…They never did…Two days already…Unprofessional…Would not recommended to anyone for this kind of job!

Called on a Sunday after my 2 year old nephew put a toy down my toilet. Domenick was over within 15 minutes and quickly fixed our bathroom. He is very professional and friendly! Will definitely be using him again in the future!

Horrible customer service

I had a gas leak emergency and called around to 5 companies. 3/5 called me back after NE already fixed the issue (5 hours later) and 1/5 was more expensive.
NE arrived on time, Bill did excellent work and charged me what they quoted.
Very happy with my service and will call if I ever need plumbing assistance again.
