Sean is the best and he totally rescued us from a terrible sewer problem. He took care of us quickly and so thoroughly and walked us through the entire process. He took the time to clear our pipes like no one else ever has. It is obvious he loves his work and he provided great service and he and his team are all very pleasant to work with. June 9th I had a plumber from Lakewood plbg come out to my home in West Park for a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain. I called that morning and he was here by 1pm, not to mention I called a few other plumbing companies and they either never called me back or called that night to set up an appointment for another day. The plumber fixed the drain issue and called back later that day to make sure it was draining without any trouble. Excellent job and beyond fair price! I would highly recommend this company.

Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. I had the Plumbing Source install a pressure regulator on my main and replace a leaking exterior faucet. The phone operator was very pleasant and accommodating, and the installers were professional. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time, gave me good advice about what to do/not to do, and cleaned up after themselves. A few days after the work was completed, I received a follow-up call to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the outcome.

We purchased a house in April 2018 and had the basement flood four times up until October 2018. Invisible Excavations came out and determined our gutter drains were clear and that it was likely a failure of the foundation footers. They scheduled men and equipment within one week and found that the footer drains had been improperly installed when the house was built. With very minimal damage to the lawn, they dug out the entire south side of our house, removed the old drains and both window-well cleanouts, replaced the footer at the proper height and angle, waterproofed that entire wall, removed a huge root that was guaranteed to cause big issues and installed new window wells and cleanouts. All in two days flat. We've had 10+ straight days of rain and the basement is bone dry, probably for the first time since the original build in 1979. I would DEFINETLY recommend this Company for any inside or outside work you may need, very straightforward, fairly priced (their work cost us less than a third of any other solution) and the family that owns the Co. has a stellar reputation in NE Ohio. I have several rental building I can depend on Northeast Plum & Mech to always do a great job! When we had a pipe freeze in 13 they worked with my insurance to repair all the plumbing and heating. There was a lot of damage but a few days latter they got the heat back on and all the leaks fixed. My old plumber abandoned me when they saw the damage but NE Plum & Mech came through and got my tenants back into there apartments!!!

Very professional and honest plumbers. I'm a new homeowner who purchased an old house and they were very helpful in prioritizing the work that needed to get done. Also a week after they did a bunch of work they came back to install a valve for my dishwasher, along with the dishwasher itself, for a great rate. I will definitely be calling them again.
