Best Drain Cleaning in Cleveland OH

Overall great experience! Very fast in setting up the estimate, coming to my house and finishing the services that needed completed. Technicians were professional, polite and easy to work with. Definitely will be using H Jack's Plumbing and Heating again!

So,
I called Monday 9:00am to request a tech come to my house and install a New thermostat and do a pre-winter check up on my unit, I was told that someone would call be back ASAP, no one called, I called again aground 1:00PM and asked why nobody called me back, The lady said she was sorry and would reach out to the tech again to have them call me, nobody called back... I called again at 4:30 and said the same thing again! she said sorry again and said a tech would call me ASAP, no one called me :-(
on to the second day Tuesday, I called around 9:00am and said nobody called me the day before after 3 phone calls to them.. I was assured that someone would call me ASAP, I even Confirmed that they had all my right info, yet again no one called me back.. I called the office AGAIN around 2:00pm to say i was STILL waiting! still no one called me back....
Moving on to day 3!!! Wednesday! I called and said yet again!! its been 2 days and several phone calls to them and nobody is getting back to me to scheduled a time a tech can come out to my home, which is by the way only 10 mins from their shop in Bedford! But yet again!! nobody has called me back!!!
who knows maybe they do good work, maybe they don't..
that's IF you can actually get them to call you back to schedule a tech to actually come to your home.

Im in the Strongsville area & had a problem on a weekend. Hank went out of his way to help me with my plumbing problem. His kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. The plumber who came out was a very nice guy who was genuinely concerned with fixing my plumbing. He was very good at what he dose. Everything was done in a professional manner. In a short time my problem was fix at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend Hank Klink Plumbing & his people to anyone.Give them a try ! BILL

Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Your a true Gentleman! I was out of town on business and my wife called to tell me the sewers backing up. She called a Rooter company and after 1500 dollars it was still flooded. They told us our sewer would collapse at anytime. They wanted to replace it for 28,000 dollars. I found First Choice Plumbing and there technician Dan came out promptly. He not only got us draining but re-assured us the sewer was fine. He used his camera scope and even emailed the video to me as i was out of town. He said it was a soft blockage probably from femine products as i have three daughters. I cant thank First Choice enough for their integrity in such a steessful time. I will definitely refer them to anyone who needs an honest plumber.

... I will offer you $225 refund and that would be contingent on you signing a document...final offer.....my attorney refuses to allow us to be extorted especially when we have picutures (sic) sign authorization documents etx to back up our work n charge agreed upon AHEAD OF TIME
I am only doing this as one time courtesy to you in sake of local customer service as I live there as well ..

An update on a previous post:
It is always a pleasure to do business with companies that have integrity. Unfortunately Strongsville Plumbing is not one of those companies. After having reached an agreement in December, Strongsville Plumbing has opted to breach their contract. If you are looking for a company that honors their word, go elsewhere.
