Called out for heater service and they were available to come out same day. Found the issue quickly and provided a solution within an hour.

Always used to service my oil boiler. Always on time and never give you a 4-6 hour time frame on when they think they will arrive. Had a appointment set for 8-8:30am, were here and ready to go on time. Techs are always extremely knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Priced very fairly and do not try to take advantage of you or try to sell you on something. Hope to continue to do business with them for a long time to come.

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.
