Best Drain Pipe Repair in Cleveland OH

I really wanted to give them a 5 star because they did such a great job when they came out a month ago. We had sewage back up and they located the problem, called in someone to clean it up and then fixed the pipe. We ended up having to replace the floor, then the toilet didn't work correctly. I called to set up an appt for the following week. Appt time came and went and no one showed. I called and they said, yes I was on the books. I waited an entire day, no show or call to tell me they weren't coming. What is the point of making an appt if no one is going to show? I understand there are emergencies but a phone call would have been nice. Now I have to rearrange my schedule again and pray they will show up. Don't advertise appointments if you don't really take appointments.

Charged me $83 for delta boots and spring kit. Should have done my own research to realize they are only $3.00 at local hardware stores, however trusted John as a professional when he did the job and that he had integrity.

We purchased a house in April 2018 and had the basement flood four times up until October 2018. Invisible Excavations came out and determined our gutter drains were clear and that it was likely a failure of the foundation footers. They scheduled men and equipment within one week and found that the footer drains had been improperly installed when the house was built. With very minimal damage to the lawn, they dug out the entire south side of our house, removed the old drains and both window-well cleanouts, replaced the footer at the proper height and angle, waterproofed that entire wall, removed a huge root that was guaranteed to cause big issues and installed new window wells and cleanouts. All in two days flat. We've had 10+ straight days of rain and the basement is bone dry, probably for the first time since the original build in 1979. I would DEFINETLY recommend this Company for any inside or outside work you may need, very straightforward, fairly priced (their work cost us less than a third of any other solution) and the family that owns the Co. has a stellar reputation in NE Ohio. I purchased an under the counter reverse osmosis water filtration system for my kitchen sink and thought it would be simple enough to install on my own. The fittings started leaking after only 3 days and I was afraid of breaking something if I tried to tighten them more. I called Strongsville Plumbing Company based on their good reviews and they sent a plumber out to our house that day. He was able to install the water filter properly with some better quality plumbing hardware and it's been more than two weeks now and it hasn't leaked so I am happy with the repairs. I would recommend this company to a friend or neighbor.

I live in Idaho but own a home in Parma, Ohio that I just sold. When Columbia Gas Company came out to turn on the gas they discovered a gas leak. You can imagine my panic! I was thinking all the worse case scenarios and a gigantic repair bill. I called Dan at 1st Choice. He was friendly and agreed to go check it out. He also assured me he would let me know what had to be done before he did any repairs so I could give my approval. He went out at the scheduled time, assessed the problem and called me while he was there. The problem wasn't anything big like I imagined! We agreed on what he could do within my budget and he fixed the problem immediately, inexpensively and correctly. The following return trip from the gas company found no leak and all valves updated and replaced according to code. Woohoo!
Dan could have very easily taken advantage of the fact I am not local and was not physically at the house, but he didn't. Other plumbers might have. He eased my mind and worry. I would recommend him 100%!! If I lived in Cuyahoga County I wouldn't go to any other plumber. I'm totally happy and totally impressed that there are still honest service guys around! He's the best in my opinion!!!

This is a great company that does great work so if you are ever in need of a plumber please use Wyattworks. Their workers are curious and professional. Their rep Ricky Bobbins that did the work that we needed done today did an amazing job. I have had several jobs done with Wyattworks and they always do great work.

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! We will continue to call them anytime we have any issues in our shop.

I had an appt for 12:00 pm today to meet the plumber at a rental. At one o'clock I called and he said he was on his way. We waited... waited...waited. Decide to go grab some food ..not that far away. They came and left quickly before we got back which wasn't that long. The tenant said you should wait they'll be right back but they left anyway. The plumber had my number and my husband's number and never called. He told the tenant they would return on Thursday or Friday cause he didn't have the part...which is fine but he never went to the basement to snake the drain. When I asked why they left without calling us...he had our contact information...especially after we had patiently waited for them, he said find another plumber and hung up. This was Main Man Plumbing!
