Best Drain in Cleveland OH

My experience with H. Jack's has been nothing short of excellent. I'll make four points about H. Jack's:

1. Every single employee is extremely professional and knowledgeable.

2. H. Jack's is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. This isn't guy with a plumbing truck...these are experts who know what they are doing and have the resources to complete any job.

3. H. Jack's is a company that stands behind its work...period. I've done lots and lots of work at my house with H. Jack's and there have been some issues that required more than your typical service - they've never let me down - ever. I call, they answer and show up on time.

4. I like to work with nice people that treat me fairly. John, the owner, and Patrick, the #2, are class acts who understands customer service. Jeff J., their top technician, has spent days at my house on various projects - he never let me down and when the problems seemed almost unfixable, he rolled up his sleeves and got the job done for me.

I know that this review probably sounds like it was written by someone at H. Jack's...it wasn't. I'm a regular guy that doesn't mind paying a touch more for best-in-class service.

Carl & Anthony were gems from the getgo! Saved our littlest dog from darting out the door. Carl is extremely knowledgeable & helpful with helping me make decisions. I needed 2 new toilets, main water shut off, installation of new kitchen sink & utility tub. They worked seamlessly together. I will be calling again for other work.

Matt was professional and tidy. He also explained things thoroughly!

I recently call Kamran for leaking toilet problem. He fixed the problem and charged reasonable amount for the job. I recommend him for any plumbing and heating problem.

This company is not located or operating out of this Mayfield Hts. address! They are located in Norton, OH. They are using an ex employee's address to attract business in the Eastern suburbs. I have attempted to have it removed.

I can’t say enough about K and S. This time I had to replace my dishwasher and they made it a smooth process as usual. I’ve used them for projects for my home and my business. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend K and S Mechanical.

Edward was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain our options clearly and thoroughly, and performed the work quickly. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend WyattWorks Plumbing to others- and specifically Edward. Oh, and addressing WyattWorks directly- keep ahold of this guy. He makes your biz look good. Give this man a big, fat raise!

Came home to a clogged sink which also rendered my dishwasher useless for the holiday. Andrew was available the day after Christmas with a preset time of between 10-12. He arrived promptly at 10 and let me know ahead that day that he was preparing to come. Clean, efficient, fast, friendly, educational and thorough. He even checked our water tank and other piped areas for problems while here. I don’t know that I could ask for better service! I will definitely be using Plumb Nation for all of my plumbing needs!

We had a clog in our main line and Jason came over to help out! He was super communicative and knowledgable. Our problem was fixed in a timely manner! will use again if any issue ever occurs in the future:)

I had an appt for 12:00 pm today to meet the plumber at a rental. At one o'clock I called and he said he was on his way. We waited... waited...waited. Decide to go grab some food ..not that far away. They came and left quickly before we got back which wasn't that long. The tenant said you should wait they'll be right back but they left anyway. The plumber had my number and my husband's number and never called. He told the tenant they would return on Thursday or Friday cause he didn't have the part...which is fine but he never went to the basement to snake the drain. When I asked why they left without calling us...he had our contact information...especially after we had patiently waited for them, he said find another plumber and hung up. This was Main Man Plumbing!
