Fast accurate work... Extremely expensive

Kitchen sink was blocked, called for service, they showed up when the said they would, Justin and helper were friendly, professional, did there work, explained to me what the charges was going to be, sink is now operating, they cleaned up and left, I was happy.

My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.

The worker was nice enough and he repaired my toilet line properly. But the worker dumped Debris in my recycling can, left the poopy pipe on top of my fridge, and made a dusty mess out of my kitchen. Cleanup was so bad that i called the health department for advice. Through doing so, I found out they did the work without a permit.

We had a very pleasant experience. Eugene helped clear my drain & explained how to prevent it from happening in the future.

I hired Dan the owner to put new vanity in the bathroom and move the pipes in the wall. First, he didn’t get quote to me. Then he wouldn’t show or came hours late. He never finished the job. He won’t answer our calls. He took payment when was half way done and the he never came back.

Adam was very professional and explained everything and prices before he did the work. He unplugged are clog and even cleaned out are trap and explained how to keep it clean. We will definitely use their sevice in the future. Thank you so much

Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and did a great job in replacing the kitchen faucet, repairing the sprayer and replacing the toilet flapper. The office did a good job in sheduling and communications. They accomodated our preference in using electronic payment instead of credit card (and the associated credit card fees). We used Venmo. We will hire them again for future plumbing work.

Some problem with draining of the works they did 3 months ago. They fixed the problem free of charge.

The folks at Killeen came out for a minor plumbing emergency involving our kitchen sink. They were on time and handled our issue with speed, efficiency,and professionalism. We will definitely be contacting them in the future for our plumbing needs!
