I had many companies over for estimates. I used to be in the business years ago when I was younger so I knew what to look for. This one had Kevin doing the job. He was polite, professional and especially honest. He and Jason came in and did a remarkable job in a time that I thought could not be done. During this time I had Covid-19 concerns and they rescheduled without any problem. I want to thank the office personnel for calling me on a Sunday to confirm. They ware remarkable. I think this is the best company in the business . Hats off to Kevin for being so forthcoming.

I was having water hammer in my house when I flushed my toilet or used the bathroom sinks, John came out and was really nice and professional he recommended replacing my pressure reducing valve & putting a expansion tank on my hot water tank. The water hammer was still there so next he added arrestors to my pipes after that water hammer still there so next they wanted to cut open my basement ceiling to clamp down my pipes. A week ago I had my hot water tank replaced by a master plumber, he heard my water hammer noise and knew right away it was from my shower cartridge valve & balancer. I think killeen is a good company just not experience enough.

This is the best plumbing service experience I ever had to be honest. Responsive, courteous and very knowledgeable. 8 months after the original repair, an issue emerged and I reached out on Sunday evening at about 8pm to report the problem. I received a response within 15 minutes, confirming a visit would occur the following day. The pipes repair and parts were both covered under warranty! Highly recommend!

I recently had my hot water heater go out in my house. I called them for service and they sent a technician out the next morning before I went to work to diagnose the problem. He determined that we needed a new water heater and ordered one. Steve, the technician came back the next day to install the new water heater and had it done and me out the door for work on time. Thanks for awesome service Steve and AAA!

I had Brian come in to braise and finish a central AC line set with tpx valve. He was able to install everything and make sure it was all working before leaving. Price was fair considering what he had to work with (me attempting to install everything myself and him fixing my errors).

Our hot water heater bit the dust late in the evening and we had to wait to call someone until the next morning. Madison Plumbing was recommended by a colleague so I gave them a call. Someone answered right away and were able to get to our home that same day. Did a quick assessment. They were even incredibly accommodating to mine and my husband's crazy work schedules and came back at an agreed upon time based on our availability. Overall, the fix took about an hour and now we are back up and running. So helpful and happy to support a local business!
