Both furnaces stopped working in my duplex and Chris came out and helped me diagnose the problem. He was very friendly and informative and I was able to use the information he provided to resolve the issue.

We have well water and Nick replaced the entire water treatment system in the house. The water is softer than it’s ever been and the water pressure is back to normal. “ Plumbing 911” handled this job very professionally and they were on time. Thank you.

Paid Chris in excess of $22,000 to separate my sanitary and storm sewers, waterproof my basement and pour new concrete sidewalks. During construction, Chris, the plumber that I hired who owns NE Plumbing & Mechanical, was nowhere to be found. Instead, I had nothing but laborers working on my property, if they even bothered to show. No supervision whatsoever! For such a complex project, I would expect supervision. They had my property torn up for a month. They tore it up, then abandoned my project to go work on other jobs while on my dime. Then came the mad rush to wrap it all up in a couple days.
3 months after the concrete was poured, my sidewalks began to fail, crumbling, flaking. We had a drought for the most part for much of the summer. So now we are finally starting to get significant rainfalls, and what do I have? Water in my basement! Are you serious? It's actually WORSE now then before the project was started!
My advice is to seek a different contractor, someone reputable. This guy is not. I could go into MUCH greater detail about my overall experience with this company, but I will be writing a short novel. Awful awful experience & I will be seeking litigation against this company!

Last Monday (1/11/2021), Ernie came to fix my furnace. He was able to clearly explain to me the reason my furnace wasn’t working. Step by step, he identified that the issue was my draft inducer motor fan .That same day, he was able to get the replacement parts. Then clean the dusty parts inside and performed leak test. I was glad that it was done in just a short time. I would definitely recommend him for his professionalism. Surely, I would prefer and refer this company if I would have other issue like my air conditioning and others.

We went into their office yesterday, someone came out today. They were very courteous and respectful. Price was reasonable so we had them install it right then. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue. We had two other plumbing places who never called back, but Meyer Plumbing is very reliable.

Great service from competent tradesmen, I'm very happy with this place.

Update: Still pretty darn good.

James was an absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable plumber, while he was not able to fix the issue I was having with my water heater, he was able to recommend me an electrician to further explore what may be wrong with my water heater as it is an electrical not a gas tankless water heater.

I will be using pompeii plumbing in the future for any of my needs and will absolutely ask for this same plumber by name.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking terribly. The home warranty service sent out Cleveland Plumbing Guy who recommended a faucet replacement. They came out on a Thursday and we had a call the next day to install a new one.Fast and friendly service who went the extra mile. Recommend them.

Rip off. RIP OFF. These guys came to my house. I asked what the hourly rate was, he told me $90. I asked what they thought was wrong. The guy told me I needed to rip up my floor. I said I'd like to get a second opinion. I got a bill for $120.00. Then I got a bill $240.00. I called and spoke to a lady and she said she would talk to the owner, maybe her husband.. I got a call from the lady a few months later and she was asking when I was going to pay the bill. They then took the bill to creditor's. They ripped me off and did nothing for me. Plus they lied about their rates. At minimum I would have paid them for coming out if that was agreed upon up front. It's pretty malicious thing to do in a credit is everything society. I'd like to know how they think they've earned $240.00. None the less I did not have to rip up my floor. I did have to punch a 5 inch hole in the dry wall though.
