I love my new tub and shower combo installed by hjacks. All the plumbing in my house is done by this company because I trust them.They do quality work that last and worth the money spent.

Totally overpriced, scammers.

I have nothing but great things to say about Five Star. Kamran has been out to the house 3 times since we moved in two years ago. He came out yesterday and fixed a leaky/running toilet. All the work was explained and it was completed for less then the amount I was quoted! I would never use another plumber.

My toilet was leaking through the first floor of our basement and we had no idea why. We gave Sean a call and he came over within the hour and pulled our toilet out and found out that the previous owners had poured tile grout down the toilet and toilet paper was building up over time causing the leak!!? He was able to replace the toilet along with the piping in the basement and answered all our questions. We were impressed with his timeliness, skill & knowledge. Since then we have also had them come in and replace a dishwasher. I’m happy knowing as a first time home owner that I have a company to call and help me out especially at such a fair price! I would highly recommend them!

Dan has fixed many of my plumbing problems over the last several years. Each time he’s polite and explains everything. He stands behind his work! A+ everytime!

Peter Jenke of Wyatt Works did An excellent job clearing our main drain, and putting in a new toilet at our request, after first the toilet and then the washer overflowed the afternoon before. He arrived around 9am. He was polite and explained everything he was doing. He was able to pick up the toilet and put it in in a timely manner after clearing the drain. I also appreciated that he cleaned up before he left. I would definitely use Wyatt Works again.

Came home to a clogged sink which also rendered my dishwasher useless for the holiday. Andrew was available the day after Christmas with a preset time of between 10-12. He arrived promptly at 10 and let me know ahead that day that he was preparing to come. Clean, efficient, fast, friendly, educational and thorough. He even checked our water tank and other piped areas for problems while here. I don’t know that I could ask for better service! I will definitely be using Plumb Nation for all of my plumbing needs!

The plumber I worked with should have provided more accurate information regarding the repair cost for a broken kitchen faucet handler.

The worker was nice enough and he repaired my toilet line properly. But the worker dumped Debris in my recycling can, left the poopy pipe on top of my fridge, and made a dusty mess out of my kitchen. Cleanup was so bad that i called the health department for advice. Through doing so, I found out they did the work without a permit.

I was in the market for a bathroom remodel and had three companies come out for an estimate. While all the estimates were in the same ballpark, it was Jerry's thoroughness of looking at what would be needed for the project that gave Litt's the edge. Every one of the workers that came to the house was thoughtful by putting drop-cloths down for the areas they would be walking through. They were very pleasant and friendly throughout the remodel; and arrived when we were told they would. The work was done timely and professionally. I would definitely recommend Litt's.

Danielle was great. Called tenants and found time that works for them. He found several issues and fixed them all: garbage disposal, change of bathroom sink, change of kitchen sink and fixing dishwasher clogging. Will

Had our clay pipes replaced from the house to the sidewalk approximately 6-7 years ago. In Spring 2020, our mainline backed up again. I called them to repair and the technician told us we were out of warranty (work done over five years ago) and it was going to cost us the full price to repair. I was unhappy with this, so I got in touch with Jason, who offered to work with us on the pricing since the repair failed. While working things out with Jason, I found my original paperwork, which demonstrated the work had a 10 year warranty. After being provided with this information, Jason honored the warranty and completed the repairs for free. We added some additional work to be done at the time and the price was competitive. They showed up on the date scheduled and on time.

The Plumbing Source has done two major projects for me over the years. The first project was to replace my storm and sewage lines from the house to the street. The second was to replace a cracked stack in our second floor bathroom. My house is nearly 90 years old so nothing about these projects was easy. The Plumbing Source showed up when they said they would. They did the work they said they would. They completed the job when they said they would. They stuck to the price they quoted. Super professional, knowledgeable employees who can solve unexpected problems. Simply put, they are highly competent and very trustworthy.

Fast response time. Tom S. was very efficient and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. I appreciated that he was considerate of my home and wore shoe covers.
