Dan and Joel called with time estimate. Came on time did diagnostic, gave me a price which was extremely fair ,did the work in a timely manner but most importantly, they found a dangerous
situation on my water heater and fixed it for free,making sure we were safe
Who does that in these times.HJacks have very passionate employees, and I would truly recommend them for any plumbing or heating job. No mess to clean up

What an incredible team! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their communication with you as a client is something I wish every company would adopt, they clearly let you know exactly who is coming to work on your project and when and then check with you that all is going to your satisfaction. After a few minutes of meeting their first team member to put together an estimate for my project I felt a real sense of trust and honesty. As the other team members arrived to work they communicated in the same style: open, friendly, informative and as true highly skilled professionals. Their work was careful, precise, clean and beautifully done. I have a 100 year old house and the work was challenging to say the least but they pulled it off beautifully. They will be my go to team for any other plumbing problem I have in the future. It was truly a pleasure to work with WyattWorks Plumbing.

He was able to help us diagnose our issue over the phone to stop our water overflow from ruining the house foundation, then made it over quickly to help fix the root of the issue. I had two jobs to fix in my home. They did such a good job on my basement issue I had them come back and fix my full bath issue. Free Flow came in assessed the problem, tell you what's wrong and how to fix it as well as review cost. Very professional providing quality work and quality products. I love my new water spout for my full bath. I will rehire if I have any other problems.

Paid Chris in excess of $22,000 to separate my sanitary and storm sewers, waterproof my basement and pour new concrete sidewalks. During construction, Chris, the plumber that I hired who owns NE Plumbing & Mechanical, was nowhere to be found. Instead, I had nothing but laborers working on my property, if they even bothered to show. No supervision whatsoever! For such a complex project, I would expect supervision. They had my property torn up for a month. They tore it up, then abandoned my project to go work on other jobs while on my dime. Then came the mad rush to wrap it all up in a couple days.
3 months after the concrete was poured, my sidewalks began to fail, crumbling, flaking. We had a drought for the most part for much of the summer. So now we are finally starting to get significant rainfalls, and what do I have? Water in my basement! Are you serious? It's actually WORSE now then before the project was started!
My advice is to seek a different contractor, someone reputable. This guy is not. I could go into MUCH greater detail about my overall experience with this company, but I will be writing a short novel. Awful awful experience & I will be seeking litigation against this company!

Daniel was truly wonderful to work with and is now going to be my go to any time I need a plumber! After getting jerked around by a big plumbing company for a week on quotes and schedules, I called Daniel. He came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was honest, affordable, super helpful and honestly really kind. Couldn't ask for more. 10 out of 10!
