Steve was FANTASTIC !! We thought we needed to replace our hot water heater and he said...let me check the thermostats and heating elements. After troubleshooting and not giving up ( 3 hours ) we have hot water without replacing the whole unit. 2 Thermostat's and a Breaker replacement in our Main Breaker box. Thank you so much !! We will definitely call him again :)

The builder of our townhome in OTR put our furnace and AC on the second floor to get more airflow to the third floor. We ran into a problem with the AC drain overflowing to our kitchen ceiling in the second floor. We called Tarvin for help as we needed someone soon.

Dave came over the next day and we got service at a reasonable price. Dave not only fixed our problem but spent time helping us figure out how to prevent the issue from happening again. He took us step by step through the process and even explained that it's actually pretty normal to have some buildup in the pvc pipes from dripping water lines.

This was above and beyond and much appreciated. And we weren't gouged the service. When this happened we were concerned because we have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past. Tarvin is our go to plumber from here on out.

Adam and Caleb were super great!Caleb Came in the morning to check out our air conditioner because it was having issues over the weekend. He was very thorough and detailed and very patient as I looked pretty confused at times. He set me up with someone else for the evening to come out and give me some estimates. Adam came out in the evening. He was not a “pushy salesman “. I can’t even begin to express how much I greatly appreciated that. He was also very patient and very very thorough. He walked us through all of the choices until we narrow down to the one we actually purchased.I have used this company twice now in the past year since being in this house. My husband and I appreciate The awesome customer service that they provide and the attitudes that their team has to make sure that our experience is the least stressful as possible!!
