Person who came to do maintenance on our system was prompt, positive, friendly, & efficient. When we told him we were considering some additional duct work & possible system replacement, he set up an appointment right away for us to speak to someone about it.

George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Damon was phenomenal- so polite and provided great information about my plumbing concerns. He provided his info in case I have a problem in the future. I was left feeling happy I chose 1-Tom and will always refer people to you moving forward!

The builder for our new home had Neiman do all our plumbing work. There were some minor leak issues here and there but other than that everything was fine until one day our 3 month-old kitchen water line popped out overnight and flooded the entire kitchen and part of our basement. The response was pretty quick and solved most of the issue. People who came out to work on the issue were nice and apologetic. HOWEVER, it's going on 5 months since the water leak happened and there has been absolutely NO updates from Neiman on how the reimbursement for the damaged items from the flooding will be done. They didn't respond to my voice message so I had to follow up with them. Still no ETA on when this reimbursement will be processed. They are even resisting to pay for the extra electricity we had to pay to run fans in our basement for a week to dry it out. Oh and did I mention I didn't get a proper apology from the owners/management? Still waiting to hear back from them. I do NOT recommend this business.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this business. Paid them almost $600 last week to come fix a clogged sewer line and here I am a week later with the same issue. They claim to be 24 hours but when I called they told me no one can come back out here until sometime tomorrow. So my family and I have to go all night without being able to use our toilet or tub and sit and wait for someone to come out tomorrow. Mind you last week they didn’t even get here until noon. So I have to tell my 6 year old she has to hold going potty. Can’t afford to go to a hotel either since I just handed out $600 right before Christmas to this business, basically a complete waste of money.

Flawless execution. When I first moved in my home I had a list of plumbing items to address. Tarvin showed up on time, completed every task and left the place clean. I could't ask for more.

Rusty Goins at Neyer Plumbing is amazing! On Sunday night, we dropped a tin of lip balm down the toilet drain and on Monday morning Neyer helped us. I'm so grateful they sent Rusty. He was friendly, warm, professional, and honest and he showed up wearing his mask! He clearly explained all the different approaches we could take and the variables and cost involved. We decided to go for removing the toilet to try to retrieve the tin, but Rusty was so skillful with the wet vac that we didn't have to move a thing! He was able to use the hose on the wet vac to get the tin out and he only charged us for a service call. Great work! Great service! I highly recommend Neyer! Ask for Rusty.

Dan did an excellent job of replacing the main water service cpvc ball valve shut off with new brass full port valve, transitioning from cpvc to copper with quick connect fitting. He is very pleasant and finished the job in a timely manner. He also cleaned up any debris from the floor. We highly recommend him!.
