Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Sadie does an excellent job she is always professional with a smile on her face. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the quality of her work and that all of your questions are answered.

After receiving a fairly outrageous quote from another company, I contacted Best. They were able to get someone out to see me same day, the plumber was friendly, quoted me quickly, and finished the job with zero issues. Would (and will) use again if the need arises.

Edit: My home warranty company assigned a different company to replace my broken water heater. Over 2 weeks of runaround and little communication from the other company, my warranty company allowed me to use a company of my choosing. After my last experience with Best they were my first call.

They made it out the next day, replaced the water heater the same visit, and even gave me a discount for the issues that arrived from my warranty company and the other plumbing company (even though Best had nothing to do with that mess).

Needless to say, after my last 2 experiences, I am fairly certain I have found my plumbing company for the foreseeable future.

The man that came out explained everything he was doing, what might happen and what options we had thereafter. He was able to unclog the tub for us in under an hour and was professional and polite. 10/10. Thanks Kevin!

Heat went out in the middle of the night, called at 430am, spoke to someone, and a tech came out in the morning. Our tech was Max Vickers and he was really friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Got our heat working, never felt like I was being sold on unnecessary work. Highly recommend!

Came back from vacation to a broken AC. Called on Saturday and they scheduled us for Monday morning. Happy to say that the technician was able to fix the issue the same day and tune-up the AC system. Friendly, professional service. Excellent communication throughout.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

They installed my water heater and assured all connections were secured. Will continue to use on all plumbing needs. I highly recommend!
