This company has done every kind of utility work possible on my 180 year old home. They are far superior with quality and knowledge than your basic contractor. Most of all they are honest!

Our service tech was quick and professional. He had the A/C unit repaired and serviced within a few hours at our fire station!

Austin was amazing. He showed up earlier than expected and called me on his way. He was very professional, courteous and was the best service tech we have ever used. He did not leave until he fixed the problem. Even though it was 12:00-2:00 am, he worked hard, and was a joy to speak with. Thank you so much for sending him! Big promotion in store for him.

Great service!! 2 other places I called didn’t have anything for days and wanted to charge after hours and emergency service fees. Best Plumbing on the other hand was ready that day a few hours after I called!!

The plumber, Scott, was excellent!! I usually feel a little uncomfortable with home repair services as I’m never sure what the cost should be, but with Best Plumbing and Scott I felt like I was being treated better than fair!!

We had been out of town for several days and came home to find the drain at the bottom of the outdoor steps, that lead into the basement, stopped up. Water was just standing there and had got through the bottom of the basement door so we had water inside as well. I called and to my surprise, they had our name in their system from 18 years ago. Within hours Brendon was here to check things out. Turned out that roots were in the line, he worked for over an hour and freed the line, and I mean he worked. He didn’t stop after 15 feet when he felt it pop, he went 100 feet out to make sure we were clear, then ran the garden hose through the line, about ten minutes. This all happened at 10:00 pm. At night. Great service, great guy. Thank you!!!!

Our tune up was a free one due to a purchase we make from this company. Caleb, our tech, called to let us know he was on his was, he was on time, personable and went to work after a short discussion with us. It went well, he didn't speed through, did a professional job. Told us all was well. We purchased two more service calls for the spring and fall.

Strange smell from furnace

They repaired an outdoor spigot giving me 3 options to choose from. They also did a whole house evaluation and made some recommendations. I didn't feel pressured and much appreciated the info because I'm getting ready to sell. The work was top quality!
