Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Ian Taylor is another example of excellence in his field. I hope that this company can keep up the good work. I have been very impressed. Which is not something I say very often.

This was my first time using this company and was a little nervous not knowing anyone who has ever used them. They send us Joe to my sons rental property and he is the absolute best!! They should have him training people!! Joe was great and very personable!! He was upfront and honest about everything, explained that if it was him home what he would do, he wasn’t there to just make a dollar which I love! I drive a jeep and he stated his wife does as well so of course I had to give him a duck for his wife (jeep thing) anyway Joe deserves a pat on the back and should be the face of your company!! ( money is good too😉)

Called after another service fell through and was so happy with the service I received. Had someone here in under an hour and in another hour the plumbing issue was completely fixed. So relieved and thankful! Brandon was so courteous and did an amazing job explaining everything.

Great work, but beware Nieman is pricey compared to other plumbing outlets. I paid $245 for about 20 minutes work. There is the obligatory service call fee plus ONE-HOUR MINIMUM ($135) which jacks up a small, very easy job to an expensive one. But, no complaints as the work was fast and professional. Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Shawn was our service technician, he was very pleasant and polite! He explained everything and was very efficient! This is the first time I have ever used Rotor Rooter, and I have to say, I was impressed! I had reached out to multiple pluming business and they kept basically giving me the run around! I called Rotor Rooter ( their customer service is also very pleasant and professional) on a Wednesday and told them when the hot water heater I purchased would be delivered and ask them would they be able to install it? She put me on a brief hold and said a technician would be out the following day after the the heater arrived! The technician (Shawn) was on time! I will definitely use their service again and recommend them

The Quality Comfort Home Services team was a pleasure to work with at every step. They cleaned the HVAC ducts in my new construction home prior to my move-in date. Our electrician, Phil was very knowledgeable and professional. We had to get a new electric cooktop installed. Unfortunately, the new cooktop was a few inches too wide for installation. Instead of giving up and calling a handyman, Phil used his tools and skills to cut off a few inches of the island in order for the cooktop to fit. Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
