I called at 5 PM due to no heat, the night before a winter storm was forecasted. The technician was here and had the problem solved with a 90 minutes. He was very courteous and professional. I have used this company for over 10 years and highly recommend

Had a water heater that needed replaced. From quote to the finished job the customer service was excellent. The quote was easy and when I had questions regarding what was quoted they responded quickly. The scheduling of the appointment was fast and worked within my timeframe. They texted that they were on the way about 30 minutes prior to arrival. The two Josh’s that replaced the water heater were super friendly, informative, and professional about their work. They answered all questions that I had and also provided a walk-through on how to work the water heater. The install was quicker than I expected and they left the area clean. I would highly recommend Quality Comfort Home Services.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
