Thank you for helping me stop on top of my routine maintenance and check-ups. Jeremy was very pleasant. However, he did have to call for a back-up technician since he was not familiar with the specialty nature of my system. I simply ask that you updates my records to ensure that whatever technician is dispatched to my home in the future has an understanding of my system. Poor Jeremy was frustrated and embarrassed that he didn’t know what to do when he arrived.

Adam was great. We had a gas leak on the dryer like. He was out here in 30 minutes and done in less than an hour. Could not be happier

Replaced drain in bathtub. Attempted to fix faucet by replacing valve cartridge but was unsuccessful due to faulty valve. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time to replace the valve which was the original request that he discouraged having done. I cannot recommend them as a good choice.

Rex and Michael were so nice and knowledgeable in addressing the issues we have been having with our grinder pump! It has been leaking since we bought our house 3 months ago and after a long and drawn out battle with the home warranty company we finally ventured out to find our own ppl to take a look at it. My husband called them yesterday and they came out first thing this morning. They drained it to get to the root of the problem, grease and tons of built up debris that have been weighing down the float over the last year or so. Rex took pictures and a video of every step and took the time to explain everything they did and what may have caused the issue. I can't recommend them enough. We even signed up for the one year coverage so they will be back in 6 months to make sure the issue stays resolved and to stay ahead of any repairs that may be needed in the future. This was such a huge weight lifted off our shoulders and we could not be more grateful for their time and knowledge! We 100% recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs!

I think I found my new team for my plumbing needs. Old cast iron pipe from toilet finally gave way and was pouring into my basement. John and team with Plumb Tite fixed the problem. No more leaks. I'm very happy with the results.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service.
