Best Replace Sewer in Cincinnati OH

You've outdone yourself!

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

This was an excellent experience start to finish. Schneller was the only company that did not take my word for the duct sizes and the electrical feeds (it was a little test). Their workmen clearly knew their business and the finished product is outstanding.

I called my home insurance company to have a stoppage looked at, and they couldn’t get me in for 3 more days. I’ve worked with 1-Tom before and decided to call them in to help. They were able to get me in the very next day. I got a call from the plumber, Blake who was able to get me in a few hours ahead of my scheduled time. He was professional, very thorough, explaining my options, and completed the work in an efficient time. I appreciated the honesty and hard work Blake! Thank you 1-Tom!

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

This is of no value for the money. I had a $53 HVAC maintenance scheduled which I got appointment 1 month after. They Just checked some readings and thats all what was done. No cleaning of or any kind nor any maintenance done as per what was advertised. Definitely will not use their service going forward for maintenance

Tarvin did a great job for us on various plumbing needs. We were living in Fort Thomas and used Tarvin for things like replacing a disposal, unclogging drains, and so on. We usually had the same plumber, Matt, who lived in northern KY and thought his work was top notch. Pricing seemed reasonable to us and they always honored the Angie's List $25 discount.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
