Best Replace Heat Pump in Cincinnati OH

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

They always have great communication and great service, are punctual and professional every time. They scheduled me so that it worked with my schedule and the cost was very reasonable.

This was my first time using this company and was a little nervous not knowing anyone who has ever used them. They send us Joe to my sons rental property and he is the absolute best!! They should have him training people!! Joe was great and very personable!! He was upfront and honest about everything, explained that if it was him home what he would do, he wasn’t there to just make a dollar which I love! I drive a jeep and he stated his wife does as well so of course I had to give him a duck for his wife (jeep thing) anyway Joe deserves a pat on the back and should be the face of your company!! ( money is good too😉)

Chris what’s the plumber that BEST sent to do the job. He did an excellent job. He was on time, competent, professional, and friendly. I enjoyed working with him. Next time I call BEST I will ask for him by name

I’m a new homeowner and had my first drain clog in my basement, was stressed out about it. Jeffery came in and had it fixed in no time. The service at this business is great. A little pricey but trades good to work with.

I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

Plumber arrived at my home with 3 hours of my call and was apologetic for not being quicker. Cody was very proficient at his trade. He found and corrected the problem almost immediately and fixed another problem for me in addition to the one i had called about. He was very pleasant and represented the company well. i have always been satisfied with the service and treatment i have received from this company.

Alex did a great job quickly and courteously. Like in a TV commercial, but this was real life. First time using Apollo and could not have gone any better.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
