Dillon inspected my hot water heater and was very helpful and professional. It will need to be replaced (22 years old!), and he scheduled a timely appointment, explained the work that would be done for the cost, gave me safety tips in the meantime, and all in all did a wonderful job. Not only was he professional, and wearing a mask, but he was a delight to talk to. Schneller also replaces out HVAC system 2 years ago and we have been happy with their service for years!

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Came highly recommended by my HVAC provider. I even used them for two small jobs in the past, with no problems. But for this bigger issue I was having, I waited days and days for them to even respond until I finally called them back, and then I had to wait 9 more days for plumber to come out and he did nothing but take a picture! Not even replace the shut-off valves which I had explained I needed. Service department staff were very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Never again.
