Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Sadie was very professional and polite. She did the periodic maintenance on the furnace and then gave me a complete rundown of all her findings. I would definitely have her work on my system again.

Called Thomas & Galbraith to help trouble shoot drainage problem. They scheduled quickly and arrived on time. The technician was knowledgeable, honest, and gave suggestions to fix the problem. He cancelled the drain tech as we came to the conclusion it wasn’t needed (saved me time and money) and scheduled for a camera crew for the next day keeping in mind our best available times. I appreciated the honest feedback and conservative approach to trouble shoot the problem and gave case scenarios of what to do on findings. I have used this company for years for our heating and cooling annual maintenance check up and find their prices competitive and reasonable and technicians knowledgeable.

Great prompt service

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this business. Paid them almost $600 last week to come fix a clogged sewer line and here I am a week later with the same issue. They claim to be 24 hours but when I called they told me no one can come back out here until sometime tomorrow. So my family and I have to go all night without being able to use our toilet or tub and sit and wait for someone to come out tomorrow. Mind you last week they didn’t even get here until noon. So I have to tell my 6 year old she has to hold going potty. Can’t afford to go to a hotel either since I just handed out $600 right before Christmas to this business, basically a complete waste of money.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Larry and employee did a nice job removing an old cement sink and installing a new mustee sink.Very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Company previously installed toilet for me a year ago. Will keep around for plumbing needs. Thanks again.
