He followed all required safety protocols. In my opinion you simply could not find a better employee then Bradley. George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I highly recommend 1Tom Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs! Their response time was amazing and their prices are even better! Ryan Boyce was our plumber, and he was awesome! He truly took his time to listen to my concerns and after he resolved all of my plumbing issues, he also took the time to explain what he found and answered all of my questions. He also gave us helpful tips and things we could do to prevent future issues. An extra added bonus was that Ryan is obviously a dog person, and was extra kind to my two dogs. Ryan understood that him having a mask on would make them nervous, but within seconds my dogs knew Ryan was a nice person. Ryan’s overall kindness and knowledge, I could tell that he has a true passion for what he does. His customer service skills are the best I have ever seen. As a realtor, I come across a lot of contractors. And amongst them all, Ryan is the best. I first came across Ryan with 1Tom Plumbing when I was obtaining estimates for a client about a month ago. Ryan was so impressive the first time we met, that I decided to call 1Tom Plumbing to come and make repairs on my own personal home. customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

His explanations of our issues and estimated cost of repairs were clear and concise. Moreover, Eric respectfully answered all of my concerns. Tyler was courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing, and even made a recommendation for another repair I could complete myself. He could have easily tried to sell me that service instead of showing me what needed to be fixed.

Tarvin was wonderful! We were selling our house and had a sewer pipe burst. My wife and I don't handle stress well and they were very prompt, courteous and the price was pretty good as well. Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
