The guys did a full drain line replacement from cast iron to PVC. Job was quoted as expected and performed in a timely manner. Very happy with the service.

Where to begin. I had two jobs for the plumber to do. Cut off a section of pipe and replace a short run of pipe with a leaky valve. First, the technician showed up on time which was great and he was able to complete both things I needed done. But first, when cutting the pipe, water obviously came out and I had to go get a bucket of mine and keep it from running all over the floor, which I think he should have done. He also got water all over some personal items even though I asked him if they would be in the way and he confirmed they would not. Additionally, to cap off the pipe, some insulation had to be pulled back/down and when he was done it was just left all over the floor, zero cleanup. Lastly, the price, wow. He was here for a grand total of two hours, used almost no materials, and it was over a thousand dollars - just ridiculous. So poor quality work for astronomical prices - could not recommend less. Save your money and find a local outfit that prices fairly and cares about quality.

Absolutely do not use. I really wonder whether I had a certified plumber do the work. Had to keep coming back due to mistakes they made. Never check their work. Had to help them with the work. Kept sending the same guy even though I said I didn't want him back. Management really doesn't care.

They did give me some money back for the issues, which makes me feel better about the work.

I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

I had some major issues with both of the toilets leaking. I called Ken Neyer plumbing, Will showed up 45 min after my call, he was friendly and polite. Repairs were very affordable and quickly completed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to my friends and family.

Hunter is a very polite young man. He took the time to explain exactly what he did. Asked if I had any concerns. Cleaned up everything after finishing the job. I would love to have him back to do my furnace in October.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Larry and employee did a nice job removing an old cement sink and installing a new mustee sink.Very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Company previously installed toilet for me a year ago. Will keep around for plumbing needs. Thanks again.
