We had an A/C unit that was not cooling properly and required a system adjustment which Logan figured out and fixed it for us. The company stands behind their workmanship and product which they installed for us 2 years ago. Everyone is friendly, helpful , prompt and professional. We highly recommend them for heating and air conditioning Service.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Mr. Steven called to give an arrival time very professional and went over different options for repairs & costI had 2 issues a water leak from my water heater(furnace).And a leak from my refrigerator that has a beer keg dispenser wire copper line that was connected to a water pipe source. He was able to disconnect the copper wire & replaced the upper pipe . He Turned off the valve to the water heater so the leak can stop until I can get it replaced. Overall I am happy with the work that was completed. Definitely will used services in the future Thanks.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
