Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

**Extremely Overpriced**

Our technician was high quality, but the cost was extremely overpriced for the job done. Cost being the deciding factor for myself (and majority of people), I would recommended you shop around and you could find a better price pretty quickly.

Great prompt service

We had a root obstruction at our house that had to be taken care of pretty much immediately. After calling four places that were too busy, I finally (and luckily) got ahold of Neyer. They were able to come out right away. I received a call from Rusty as soon as he was on his way, again when he got to the house and several times throughout the visit - keeping me up to date on everything that he found. I honestly couldn't have been happier with Rusty's professionalism and the results that Never plumbing provided. Rusty was able to take care of everything and get us back up and running in no time. Neyer will without a doubt be my go to plumbing contact from now on. Great company with excellent customer service!!

Scott arrived on time. He had actually previously done the electrical inspection and provided an estimate on work that needed to be done. So he was knowledgeable about my request. He was easy to work with. Very courteous. A problem arose after he left. He returned to address the problem the same day. I was so impressed about his knowledge of how the wiring of the electrical system. He actually found the problem and corrected it. It was actually about how the wiring was initially installed I guess when the house was built, which was incorrect. He fixed it. So impressed.

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
