We have been customers of Schneller Knochelmann for about 30 years. We have never had a complaint of any kind. We have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

My plumber Ron was on time and very polite. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up when he was finished! I highly recommend this company and there awesome employee Ron!

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

A different company had diagnosed our leak as a problem with our spa tub jets, and Nieman is one of the few companies that does spa tub repair. However, when the plumber arrived, it was immediately clear that the problem has been misdiagnosed, because even though we stopped using the tub there was still water leaking into our basement. The Nieman plumber identified the issue as gaps in the shower tile grout. So they couldn’t help with that, but at least we now know what the real problem is so that we can address it!

Absolutely do not use. I really wonder whether I had a certified plumber do the work. Had to keep coming back due to mistakes they made. Never check their work. Had to help them with the work. Kept sending the same guy even though I said I didn't want him back. Management really doesn't care.

They did give me some money back for the issues, which makes me feel better about the work.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Had a kitchen sink clog, called 3 other plumbers first [my mistake], all had 4 days to 2 weeks before someone could come out. Called Halpin and they shared they'd find a technician that was free and come ASAP. AJ Humphrey was at my door 20 minutes later. Very professional, friendly and worked quickly to clear the drain. We talked tips we could do to keep the drain from backing up again. Would definitely recommend Halpin and AJ for your plumbing needs.
